The Evan of Internal Affairs is required to step aside and keep at the back of the alliance when the alliance involved in an alliance war. I would take that out.v. The Evan of Foreign Affairs is not allowed to share TEEN's property (s) to non-Allied alliances. This is confusing as hell.iv. The nation with 30K Nation Strength and above are required to have at least 25 nukes in hand. v. The nation with 20K Nation Strength and above are required to have at least 15 nukes in hand. To me, this is unnecessary. As soon as you have the MP, you start buying nukes. You don't stop until you have 20. To have 25, you have to possess a Hidden Nuclear Missile Silo. This is absolutely not a priority until several more wonders are purchased, which are economic wonders. Regardless of your NS, if you have nukes, you're going to have as many as possible.
