I am no Kaskus fan, and personally I like NSO, but to be fair to Kaskus they have fought recently in a major war where they were outnumbered badly(Kaskus vs GOONS/PB) while NSO hasn't fought in over a year since NSO-Legion I believe. You shouldn't have expected the grandest warchests from Kaskus. It's no landslide victory for either side, but in the long run it'd be hard to see NSO not running away with this.

I dont understand how the "practically even" result is acceptable by your alliance.
You should have crushed us more. I mean, If I were you, Kaskus should have perished.
You guys have a bigger warchest. You guys have more nations (even until now still not in anarchy).
You guys have all the advantages to win this war within 7 days.
We all now, the first 7 days of war is the most important part.

And about Death Drain, please pay a bit respect to him. He was one of you guys for a long time and he is always nice to me

Lest we forget, Kaskus fought a Sanctioned alliance to a stalemate a few months ago and forced the largest military bloc at the time to intervene. Haraldson, NSO would be better served by saving the gloating until after the battle becomes more clear. If you underestimate your opponent you set yourself up for a shock later along . Lets not forget, Pessimists are happier then Optimists, because when Pessimists are surprised its for good reasons. Optimists though...

Just to straighten it out a bit, everytime GOONS has faced a small but specialised (in terms of number of the same sized nations) alliance they have asked for friends to jump in, So it was nothing unique about that situation with Kaskus. If you are talking about warchest size in terms of how close the wars were fought, with a decent to good sized warchest you could easily fight both wars considering you knew how to fight a war correctly.

Kaskus is also gloating, so it's only fair NSO return the favour. I agree with your last sentence though

Also, it had never been our intention to open up the Pandora Box back then. And to be fair, we did not open it. A member of the Box decided that it would be appropriate to open the box even only for fighting against an alliance 1/10 its size. Sigh. I think we both surprise and disappointed.

First I'm bored because there is no one to hit. Either all their defensive slots are filled or they are not in my range. So to talk about numbers like that is basically you just blowing hot air around to make Kaskus seem like its tough !@#$. Secondly in both wars (this one and GOONs/PB) Kaskus has had the advantage of "ghosts" on their AA during the war and the fact that they are SMALLER than their enemies in number and therefore the enemy can't use its full strength to greater effect.

Sigel: Death Drain was a long time ghost we kept on because he's an attractive target(High infra/low tech and no SDI/WRC). He came over when Legacy disbanded and refused to sign up on the forums, but just sat on the AA.

But I don't approve of raiding as I find it wasteful and not worth the time when I can do 5 tech deals and get the growth I need. But since you failed in the category of actually being able to read I might as well explain it all out for you. I've been around for quite some time and have re-rolled countless times for the fun of it or because I've had to for a variety of reasons. Many here know me from my past adventures on Bob but hey keep talking I'll get a laugh either way.
