The Regent, Minister of Communications, Minister of Internal Affairs, and Minister at Large are all voted on once every 4 months. The Minister of War, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Finance are all appointed positions. The Emperor, Minister of War, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Finance also are approved with a vote every 4 months (basically making sure they are doing their job). Rah hasn't been in government for a while either, but she's still around too. As for my obligatory feeling: I feel good that we have some new faces.
