75%-200% seems about right. 50% to declare down is a bit too much of an advantage.

Current NPO nations: 490 Current NS: 6,278,360 Current Infra: 1,003,823 Current Tech: 352,173 NS in Peace Mode: 5,194,694 (82.7%) AVG NS in Peace Mode: 27,631 Infra in Peace Mode: 861,633 (85.8%) AVG Infra in Peace Mode: 4,583 Tech in Peace Mode: 285,626 (81.1%) AVG Tech in Peace Mode: 1,519 NS in War Mode: 1,083,666 (17.3%) AVG NS in War Mode: 3,588 Infra in War Mode: 142,190 (14.2%) AVG Infra in War Mode: 471 Tech in War Mode: 66,547 (18.9%) AVG Tech in War Mode: 220 Some more interesting data. Not sure how it holds up against other alliances, but here it is: 10% of NPO nations (the 49 largest infra nations) own 638,090 of the alliance infrastructure (63.6%). 10% of NPO nations (the 49 largest tech nations) own 215,909 of the alliance tech (75.6%). One more thing I noticed as I pulled this data. 81 Nations have been wearing NPO AA for 2 months or less; 110 nations at 100 days or less. Only one of these nations isn't a brand new nation/reroll or undeveloped nation.

It looked grim the day we were declared on, but damn we pulled it together. Was fun to fight alongside Pork Shrimp and The Hell Patrol. I hope everyone had as much fun as I had.

I was pretty grumpy at first seeing this DoW, but that's mostly because I just spent my remaining warchest rebuilding and got caught with my pants down a little. Looking at it a few hours later, I am excited to be fighting alongside Pork Shrimp and we are here for war after all. I'm pretty broke, but fair is fair and seeing how you failed to get me into anarchy I will be seriously down declaring on a few of your nations at some point today to help me fund my defense. I especially like that you used an optional clause from a non-chaining treaty to enter/break surrender terms. That's ballsy and I appreciate ballsy.

They are defending you with about as much impact as your are defending NPO. Congrats to both of you.

Joke or not, why do they have so many nations in peace mode?

Looks to be an early announcement. They need to get about a dozen more folks into peace mode before they can make it official.

CT used to be an infra hugger when his goal was to be the top nation on the planet, but that was a long time ago. He's been in plenty of wars since he began worshipping the Casualty God and I'd take him as a wingman anyday.

Congrats to CCC on peace. You guys took a brutal pounding for two weeks to defend your friends. Admirable.

[/quote] Actually NSO-CDC was a one week war against a handful of nations that ended in white peace, NSO-RAD was a 3 day war (bad joke for RAD) that ended in white peace, and NSO-IoM Rogues was helping Carpe Diem beat down some ex-members who were rogue-quitting, so I think their record is 1 win 2 losses and 3 white peace.

Why do people keep complaining about when a DoW is posted? A DoW is a courtesy, an explanation, or an excuse to say look here. Is there a world court that is going to rule a war invalid because the first attacks were launched before a DoW is posted? This world just gets pettier and pettier every day.

This is one of our treaties that should have never been cancelled. I'm glad to see it resigned.

I had a good draft and a good season. Kinda bummed how injuries have hit me the last couple weeks and don't expect much in the play-offs, but it's been a great season. Hats off to Janax for going undefeated. Did a great job managing his roster and line-up weekly.

PatJenn was a cool guy and was one of several GPA old-timers who helped me get started in the game. I did my first donation deal with him when I was a small nation and that was after he had already sent me free aid. Sad to see him go.

I really don't want to go down to your level, but you are full of it. Doesn't matter to me what anyone thinks, but you and I both know what really happened. First and only attacks on your nation were GA's by me before you sent CMs and a failed air attack. You also sent CM's on day two. I didn't quit sending cm's and air until after my attacks on day three when you quit doing cms. Honestly, it didn't matter much at that point because you had sold your infra down to 50 and destroyed all your improvements. AND you expect anyone to belive that you declared on Carlitos9595 with a dec of tech raid, pm for peace, he was in anarchy, and you never meant his nation any harm? lol, okay I will carry on.
