  1. Thanks for the war. Great coordination by all of my opponents. It is always a pleasure competing against the best.
  2. I took your stats posted in the OP and separated them seeing how you only have one war declared on one of the WAPA nations and didn't use either of your 20K nations to hit them. I was curious how the breakdown would look and other than the nuke imbalance it is still pretty even. I do wish we had more nukes, but who doesn't? I have a feeling a lot of infra is going to disappear in the next few days.
  3. Good luck, guys. I was hoping to avoid this war until later in the round because I certainly had another target in mind but we do match up well.
  4. Apparently there is no grace period this round so doesn't matter.
  5. I wasn't happy because I thought it was a chump move to hit us (Citadel and Hades) when both alliances haven't had a full week since both of our wars expired. Not because of down declares (the game sets nation ranges for attacks and anyone who really complains about this sings a tired old song) but because if somebody wants a real challenge they either declare war early when all things are equal or they do the "up-declare" to push themselves by hitting more nations or somebody they know is prepared for war. Maybe it's not even the fact you did it, but that you couldn't even admit it and instead tried to pretend it didn't fly in the face of traditional TE norms that have been established and that you didn't have an advantage waiting 24 days to declare and hit nations who had low warchests. Now that the conversation is drifting to previous butthurt in previous wars elsewhere I really wish I hadn't said anything. I don't want to be lumped into that group. If I had any kind of warchest I'd barely have any damage this war (nuke and cm only) because I'd be able to afford to rebuy air force. The lack of coordination from my opponents is impressive. You almost have to post when you are going to hit so other people don't accidentally attack at the same time to reach this level of coordination. With my lack of cash available, I appreciate the consideration.
  6. Most of the suggestion are pretty dumb anyway. I do like the no wars part for the beginning of the round, but 30 days is too long. 14 days is enough time for everyone to properly build and have a warchest and be semi-invested in their nation. Winning in TE is a joke. Everyone should get a nation score to determine a winner. Peak infra level, tech, land, and casualties are worth X amount of points. That way it isn't the chump who hid all round and turtled every war so he could save cash and grow large the last day of the game. Make it somebody who actively participated all round in both nation building and wars.
  7. All factors were considered and I called it crap. I can imagine that if I was on the other side of this I'd try to find a way to explain why I avoided war for 24 days and then declared on two alliances who just got out of war, some nations wars only ending a couple days prior, but all within the last 5 days. Great strategy trying to blame your actions on other people not attacking you first regardless of the fact that they attacked someone else. Stewie, your post is the best. You used some caps so you must be right. Because anyone with brains knows WHEN YOU USE CAPS YOU ARE RIGHT.
  8. Are you seriously this retarded? All of us did grab our balls and declare wars while you guys didn't. This isn't rocket science, mate. You yourself are the epitome of fail that defines your alliance Nice job declaring on two nations with no nukes while you have nukes. If you really wanted a challenge you would have gotten better targets. Your actions define you, not your words.
  9. This is such a chickenshit reply. You could have declared a war on someone early yourselves or waited a proper amount of time to hit people while they rebuild from a war. At the least, if you are going to hit two alliances with no warchests in the middle of rebuilding you make it a tough up declare. Big whoop, Citadel has 10 more nukes than you guys. I count seven of their nations with nukes, vs 13 nuke capable nations in warriors. Hades is fluff NS you tossed in with zero nukes, yet attacked by 5 nations with nukes. You'd think that the number one nation in the game might attack the biggest threats from both alliances. You'd think wrong. I don't have the warchest to last long, but will raid the down declares I made as best I can until I hit bill lock and then just watch my nation burn. I wasn't thrilled when we did an early declare before getting a chance to build, but was told an early war means you get a little breathing room to build. Seems like your only choices in this world are to join a large alliances and play like a scumbag or get rolled with nobody caring in a small alliance. Do people really wonder why this world continues to attract less people?
  10. Courageous to attack two alliances who just got out of war, especially when this is your first war of the round. I especially like all the nukes aimed at Hades, when we don't have any and most of us just rebuilt our lost infra and don't have the means to get into the top 5%.
  11. Right back at you. I had fun talking with a lot of opponents, but you were by far the only opponent I fought while sitting Saxxonia that made things a challenge for me. Heck, even with my own nation the only guys that were tougher opponents were NEW. Mad respect for the warriors of NEW, specifically Gatotkaca, junior, and my friend QuareLL. Quick shout out to alterego for the funniest message I received the day after getting permission to sit Saxxonia.
  12. The real question is could the majority of the EQ coalition upper tier last in peace mode for those same two months? Seeing how I have the warchest info on all of those nations I am going to tell you that answer is no. Some of them could, but you have many more that could not. A bit of anger in this thread. Both sides have people who are weary of war. It was a fun, but it does get stale after several months. Congratulations to the leadership on the EQ side for building a formidable coalition and keeping it together to achieve your victory. Congratulations to my friends and allies for sticking together and fighting hard against incredible odds, especially to those in the lower ranges who continued to fight week after week. We knew what we were capable of doing in the upper tier and it was satisfying to achieve those goals. I think both sides knew what the outcome was going to be at the upper and lower ranges at the onset of this war and yet many upper tier nations from the EQ side brought the battle to their enemy anyway and many lower tier nations did the same for our side. Congrats to everyone on peace.
  13. I would love to nation sit for Hime against anyone who attacked. It would be a fun week blowing up so much stuff.
  14. You can see from the screen shots that none of the spy ops I executed were exposed so would have all come from "Unknown Sender". The question would be, how many spy op messages did you receive and/or did you receive a spy op message changing your DEFCON to 1 after it had been changed to 2?
  15. I spied my opponents DEFCON to 3 prior to update. After update he changed it back to 1 so I spied it again. The first spy op failed. The second changed it to 2, yet his nation is showing DEFCON 1. He was either able to change immediately after I spied it, a third spy op was completed by somebody else to change it to 1, or my second spy op that showed success never took effect. This is a link to his nation and you can see his DEFCON is currently at 1 instead of 2. http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=442982 As an FYI, I am an approved nation sitter for this nation per this post: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?/topic/80984-nation-sitting-thread/page-259#entry3103403 - request is a few posts above that. Just before posting this I checked to see if I could do another spy op on a whim and I could, so I have now spied his nation three times today:
  16. Congrats to UCoN on achieving peace. You guys came in and fought hard. Our side has never been under the illusion we are going to win in the lower tiers so I think it says quite a bit about you guys to jump into the fray as a 20ish man AA to defend your allies. You could have taken the much easier route some alliances choose when they have friends on both sides and either stayed out or joined the bandwagon. Best of luck rebuilding.
  17. I actually read it all, which I normally don't do when I see a long post from you because I know most of it is crying about the unfairness of (insert whatever). I wouldn't say you have my ear or after I hit reply anymore of my attention.
  18. This is actually a perfect example of how inept your side is. 6 nations can't fight together to put a guy with 600 infra into anarchy.
  19. Almost the same for me. GPA - Noob days. Sold tech, built up my infra. Gremlins - Buy a lot of tech, destroy hegemony. Ronin - Inactive days (6 months). Near quitting CN time. MK - Hear a big war is coming (TOP/CnG war) so decide to stick around CN and blow stuff up. Still have a lot of tech so stick around to keep blowing stuff up.
  20. You believe you control the fate of other men or even of yourself? Your lack of faith in the one true God condemns your soul while your war upon our allies and men of true faith brings your doom. You have fallen for the words of false prophets and have earned the wrath of Allarchon. The Sword of Justice will reach out to strike off your head no matter where you reside, no matter the words you choose to hide behind.

    Things I find cute

You guys need to lighten up. I had a few drinks and had fun posting. We are going to win the upper tier battle and you have 4700 total nations to our 1750 so its pretty much decided you can swarm the lower tiers. The good news for us is our lower tiers love to fight, are generally more competent than our enemy, and we have tons of cash we can send them. This is a fun war. Let go of the anger and hate and just enjoy it.

Also, of course you do because there isn't anybody within the 4K+ nations on your side who is capable of rolling me. I think I've decided that none of you are ever allowed to have a nation above 100K NS outside of peace mode once this war is over. I am going to copy down all your current 100K nations starting tomorrow (won't take long) and keep a list. Enjoy getting rolled or peace mode. Those are your forever options.
