I believe this exercise is meant to measure an alliance's pound for pound strength. It's meant to expand on that "war ready" concept. That is why small or inactive nations pull scores down, as they should, given that they are a part of each alliance in question. Let's use our two alliances as examples, MHA and DT. Head to head, without question MHA would win if we ever came into conflict. You can see how obvious that statement is simply by looking at the link I mentioned above. You don't need lists like this to tell you that, as it would be completely redundant. However, I can guarantee you a significantly higher percentage of DT members are "war ready" in comparison to MHA members. This list is good evidence of that, as I think that is what it's meant to show. GK, apologies if I construed this entirely the wrong way. I think you did a hell of a job with this.

Very nice work. I like all the criteria you've used here. While some folks may still grumble about a few of these rankings (in particular neutrals on the list), they would be hard pressed to come up with more objective rankings than this. Well done, good sir.

I must admit, these are not the only commercials that I feel plague my television. It's not necessarily commercials with children that piss me off (though I'm hard pressed to come up with a good one), it's the laziness (and frequent rudeness) many advertisers display in selling me their product. All I ask from commercials is that they entertain me in some way. I think it's the least they can do to hold my attention. After all, they want me to buy their product. Can't believe people actually get paid to write some of that stuff...
