DT do a lot of internal things similar to that. We do 24 mill upfront for 800 tech or 36 mill for 1200 tech for reliable people. Let us know if interested. With the former, you can reach 4k infra at the end, and with the latter, 5k.

Yes, it tells you that we are a group of top-heavy alliances which have primarily very strong mid and upper tiers. If you wish to make fun of our lack of a large quantity of low-tier nations, then by all means by our guest - I'm quite sure we will not take offence to that. There are indeed other factors, if it were just the raids, followed by an honest apology and speedy reps - all with good will, then we would not have done this. However the situation is that this is not the first time RS has attacked a protectorate/ally of ours, and they have mocked us publicly assuming we will do nothing. AZTEC are very peaceful, we have no interest in starting wars, but we when someone like RS pushes us again and again, we must draw a line.

Taking just this situation in isolated, and disregarding RS's actions and the way they have deal with us; maybe - but we cannot do that. As for AZTEC, none of us specialise in the low tiers where this war is fought, so it's most ideal to pool our efforts and give all the new nations in AZTEC some war experience. Not sure what about this would be difficult to easily figure out.

Though you haven't yet resolved the issue of your alliance continuously spit balling us and expecting to get away with it.
