3. Hey Pezstar! I first must say that I really enjoy reading your opinion. It seems to match up with my own quiet a bit. So, what do you think of the NADC?
 4. Congrats guys! Interesting name choice but I think I like it.

 7.
North Atlantic Defense Coalition - 5 who?
Oh, ya know, that alliance you were in an MDAP bloc with. Granted, it was several years ago
North Atlantic Defense Coalition - 5 no contact
Largely because after my assignment to your alliance and myself being completely ignored we decided not to bother sending anyone over.

And I know several of my fellow members did as well. Gre was able to stand up to GGA on green yet NADC does nothing of the sort on blue.
Blue politics died. Didn't you get the memo?
You do realize that what you just said doesn't mean NADC follow NpO around, do you? In case you're feeling confused, no, NADC doesn't follow NpO around. At all. They mostly dislike eachother.
This man speaks the truth.
Aaaaah ... clever.
Why thank you!
 9.
To Kochers, I honestly wasn't aware we had a MDP.
It was a short-lived treaty, and its so old that for awhile it was simply a rumor within the older population of the NADC. It was just within the past few months I was even able to confirm its existence at all.
I wrote the history. And the short lived treaty was called The Minerva Pact. The reason is the treaty was created before my arrival to BOB. It was one of a few treaties that had no mention because I didn't get a lot of straight answers to things happening pre GW3. The League was highly documented on the OWF and wiki so I could write about that. I was able to get a bit of info on the GW1 groups. So pretty much all treaties outside of those blocs were left out due to lack of data. After my arrival I was able to document a lot better and thus treaties were tracked and added to the history at a better rate. Sorry about that, but don't feel alone. Your not the only one left out. Matter of fact I think GOONS asked why the Mutual Tension Pact (MTP) between us wasn't included. Same reason.
If straight answers are what you need, I believe I can get them to you. But if you need proof or the actual text of the MDP, check it out on the wiki.
 10. Congrats on 4 years CCC! We'll be there soon as well
 11. Why does LoSS's history somehow forget to mention the short-leved MDP with the NADC?

 13. Ah yes, Kamra. It happend right after I had decided that I wanted to start my alliance. At the time, it was just myself and another nation, and our dual protectors NADC and TFD told us to stay out. Looking back, we should have definitely gone in. Ah well...
 14.
It could always be much worse. You could be stuck in IRON.
Ya know, its normally considered polite to keep your cheap jabs out of disbandment notices. Just some food for thought. Anywho, I hope that UCN will either recover/refound or whatever term is deemed appropriate for this situation. o/
 15.
IAA has had issues recently with the creation of embassies and the acceptance of diplomats in a timely manner. To fix this, we have decided to only provide an embassy to allied alliances and provide consulates to non-allied alliances. This means that non-allied alliances will now have one general area to communicate with IAA, through their consulate. Allied alliances will have a private area in which to communicate with IAA via private embassy.
The NADC has done this before, though it was based on micro-alliance versus normal-sized alliance and I must say it never really worked out. If an alliance is willing enough to send a diplomat over to you, it would seem the least you could do is provide them with an embassy. But hey, good luck with whatever you choose.
 16.
My friend, this is simply not true. In the second month (thereabouts) of my membership in the NADC I proposed a Bill of Rights to the Assembly which near-unanimously voted to support it; there were two abstentions. I remember it because it was my first piece of legislation that got supported and it made me proud. This move led to my unanimous election to the Senate as a strong proponent of individual liberties. Yet, that was in the very distant past. I consider this new NADC to be an entirely different entity that is superior in every way. If anybody can take the Coalition places, it is your generation. Learn from how we failed. Realize the potential of the Atlantic.
This man speaks the truth. This is simply the most recent Bill of Rights. While this NADC is certainly different, we still posse some of our past, and as Director of the AHO I will make sure that our past is appreciated for is strengths, and that we use its faults to improve ourselves.
 17.
Oh give me a !@#$@#$ break. Warbuck has made mistakes, sure, he's human. But this was not one of them. TDO's actions during this particular situation was utterly unacceptable. TDO's MoD was harassing your members trying to guilt them into quitting ADI, and TDO did nothing about it even after Warbuck tried days after days of diplomacy, if that wasn't a perfectly valid CB I don't know what is. This was still when you were buddy buddy with RoK, and they backed you up 100%. Now you're just digging up !@#$ on somebody who can't defend himself against these accusations, just so you can maybe score some brownie points with god knows who. Utterly pathetic. To think I once respected you guys.
Based off of FM's account, I'm going to have to go with the generic "poor show guys" response. I hope you can get it together.
 18.
We like any alliance that rolls with democracy as it's gov. You got some alright allies in there too. I like CCC and NV for the most part. I like Zenith because of DK. I don't think Anu Drake thinks much of GATO so I can't say we see eye to eye with NATO. NADC has gotten better since the ECIV days. Not too bad I guess.
Seems you touched on the subject but I wanted to ask again, what does GATO think of the NADC?
 19.
It is a prevention mechanism which should allow ALL the Councillors to vote. The 18 hours is a MINIMUM time limit which ANY vote must have to allow all Councillors to vote. Thank Kajdav for this Now, I have personally worked countless hours on this Charter. Whilst I agree it is not perfect, I do think it is a VERY BIG improvement from what we had. We currently have discussions for 4 amendments happening, and I think those should iron out some concerns. I would like to thank all the people who I have worked with to create this Charter. Onward Atlantica! The NADC prevails.
More amendments are on the way Foxy! But I agree, this Charter is the best we have ever had.
Congrats on the reforms. I hope they work well for you.
Mind if I steal one of your recent amendments?
So, the Atlantic Council = NADC Senate on steroids?
Just about. More a merging of the Ministers with the Senate to create a cross between the executive and legislative branches. Truly ingenious, and we have Ven to think for it.
Very specific charter is very specific. I'm glad that you finally did this. Also, tony is Deputy Sec. Gen?
Me too Kulo. And yes, Tony being Deputy SecGen is totally
Cancellation of the Härmlin Accords By: Dynasty Yes, I am sure you have already heard the news, After all, it was the major topic in every channel everywhere; the Härmlin Accords have been canceled! Many wonder how the uncancellable accords could have been canceled, but we’ll clear up the mess for you. First, Article two, section six of our Hitchhiker’s Code explicitly forbids treaties that may not be canceled, and thus, our court declared the accords unconstitutional! Even worse, at the same time, the Grämlins found a loophole in their codex, that states that every treaty can be amended by a simple agreement of the alliances it entails, unless otherwise prescribed. Thus, as they saw us taking different paths to peace in the world, they motioned for an amendment to add a cancellation clause that called for no warning. To make a long story short, the two occurred at nearly the same time, so whether you believe it was the MHA’s court order that voided it, or whether you believe it was the Grämlin’s codex is yours to decide; the only thing everyone can agree on, is that the accords are obviously void!
This made me happy until I read this:
Closing By: Scytale April Fool’s Day has come and gone and The Don’t Panic is not immune to the prank. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause (but not the confusion). See you next time, same time same channel. (Yeah right, we’ll be lucky if we ever get these out on time)
But good read regardless.
 21.
You finally got your act together with an effective charter, I am pleased. Also, I must say that with out new Charter and government, this is the best I have personally felt about the NADC's prospects in awhile. o/
 22. Congrats on the government changes OMFG.
