The current status of the United Purple Nations is not reflective of it's decisions or it's leadership. When I came to Planet Bob, over 36,000 nations were in existence. Now we are experiencing a decline of our world and barely 20,000 nations exist today. A huge difference. Bob is dying and I fear that there is very little that we can do to stop it. Welcome back Altheus to the UPN, indeed. I don't know what it will be worth in another 1000 days. I wish you the best of luck.

Here is the bottom line...when you are a representative of a government with an embassy on another government's forum, you should probably save the trash talk. The New Pacific Order is not required to put up with being trashed on their own forums. Quite frankly, all the reasons that the Karma forces used to vanquish the New Pacific Order during the Karma War have not disappeared. They have simply re-materialized within the Mushroom Kingdom. The New Pacific Order has the inherent right to protect its interests especially on it's own forums. Making aggressive and/or antagonistic comments against the Order on their own forums constitutes an act of aggression which the Order is not required to tolerate. For those who would threaten war against the Order, I would remind everyone that the during the Karma war, Karma alliances paid dearly for their victory. Like them, the Mushroom Kingdom will also pay dearly if the NPO's hand is forced towards war. I never thought that I would find myself defending the New Pacific Order on these forums again, however, I cannot escape the fact that the Mushroom Kingdom is trying to paint itself as the anti-NPO and the composition of its membership presents a clear threat to the stability and peace of Planet Bob. (Not that war is a bad thing, it has been a while after all).

As I read this, I can't help but have a good laugh. Dubya wants to "resolve this issue" that he has created by declaring war on the Entente...how original. The spirit of Hegemony lives on...at least in Dubya's head.

It saddens me to see these types of announcements. One by one all of the old and prestigious leaders of Bob are falling. While new blood does tend to make things interesting, I fear that we are losing way to much of the old.

Forgive me for saying, however, this new standard seems to be taking a step backwards rather then forwards.

This is sad, but the fact that so many declared upon so few indicates that they are springing a trap to bring NPO and IRON in again. When you try to set traps you should be a bit less obvious.

Wow, so much for having a treaty that bound you to the fate of each other "forevermore". The world of Cybernations is indeed changing. I do not yet know if this change is for the better or not, but I have a feeling that we should soon see. I would like to say congratulations to both parties for this...but I just can't. The very act of canceling this treaty defies it's very spirit.

I am glad to see that this war is over. Unconditional Surrender is a term which cannot be sufficiently defined on this game to be effective. It is not a possibility...in fact the mere act of surrendering is in and of itself a condition. All that Ramirus did was destroy the alliance. Soon this too will pass the way of the GGA.

I hope and pray that the new leadership of Athens opens itself to new chances for new beginnings.
