It means no such thing. We have treaty interests that we will have to defend if necessary...but that doesn't necessarily mean we will be getting involved. There is still time for people to behave like adults and work out a diplomatic solution.

The attack on The Phoenix Federation was aggressive, unprovoked, and reckless. It demonstrates a lack of responsibility on the part of Athens, Ragnarok, and \m/.
