No treaties, no government = valid raid for me. Pure size doesn't make you a real alliance. If you want to avoid raid, go to peace mode or to a real neutral alliance. Also i can't really hear AGW complaining, some of them can buy the national war memorial finally

It's a shame that Joey didn't come out from peace mode for the whole 1 month war. A good way to be a leader of a great alliance.

FAN blames NoR for entering war by optional treaty, while FAN just preempted NPO with no good reason? Interesting at least.
