However, relations have definitely improved and I am looking forward to an interesting relationship with them CSN? War? Nope, it doesn't go together well. [/quote] If I remember clearly, USN was once part of GUARD but anyway, we have lost contact in recent years, so at the moment, we view USN as any other average alliance out there. However, if you're talking about Polaris, then, we have come far. Maybe not a bigger alliance than before, but definitely a more tight knitted and active one. [/quote] Well, although STA's on the other side of the web, we have no bad feelings about you guys. I look forward to establishing relations with you guys soon though. Yes, I do like Siberian Tigers. Regarding the question of what we're doing to help them and how we communicate with them, we are currently collaborating with the other Engineers in providing recruitment help and monetary aid along with advice on how to run and govern an alliance.
