Rome first moved to the brown sphere in hopes of becoming a collective protectorate, unfortunately this status was complicated by world-wide conflict. [b]Additions to the Pact and Cancellation[/b] Any alliance residing in the Brown trading sphere or claiming predominant placement within same that agrees to the intent of the Preamble and contained mandates is welcome to sign this Pact and receive equal and full benefits to all other signatory alliances. Alliances seeking to sign should be unencumbered and able to carry out their own foreign policy without external approval or obligation. Alliances seeking to withdraw from the Pact must provide seventy-two hour notification in writing to the appropriate party within each signatory alliance. [/quote] He joined it around 90 or 100 members, to 'help it out' - idk all he did, but he probably helped set some good IA stuff up. Now Rome is what, 150 members? In any event, NSO is fully committed to the Brown sphere, and we'll always appreciate anyone or any alliance that comes to help it out .
