Anyone remember when TDO went on a recruiting spree during the Karma war and almost doubled their size? UPN's recent spree, while impressive, isn't the strongest this year. For most of '09 we didn't allow any new members and as far as I can remember it's been over two years since someone from inside CN has made it through even the first step in our hazing and torture application process. So the awards should go to people regardless of your IC positions on them. Of course we know this doesn't happen often. However...
