Then it was NPO making decisions for GGA. Maybe that's the case. Certainly looks to me that there is some NPO influence on GGA's thought process but again if that is something GGA accepts then oh well. That's their business. Everyone here seems to want to make it their business and tell the GGA membership to scatter and jump ship. Seems a bit overboard for the situation. Okay put yourself in a scenario. 1. Your own forums are controlled by a foreign alliance 2. Your own govt masks are given and withdrawn at will by the foreign alliance 3. Your own govt channels have this foreign alliance in it 4. Your own govt's foreign policy is directly influenced, if not decided, by this foreign alliance 5. Your own govt members are being kicked for trying to pick a path away from this foreign alliance 6. A major alliance tossing top level government out on their ear for any reason really doesn't qualify as a "minor internal incident". That said, it was the GGA's explanation of the rationale behind taking that action as opposed to the act itself that has turned this into headline news and provoked so much derision. Yes, when they appear in the public they can rightfully be subject to the public eye and any criticisms that come with, but anything beyond that initial criticism is going overboard. GGA can run itself how it wants to run itself, there's nothing wrong with that and it's not your concern.
