Any older and they'd be out of his range by now. The Empire will give him a chance if he apologises publicly. Sadly, sorry seems to be the hardest word. Sadly, feeding these sorts of folk simply encourages them. The only way to deal with them is either ignorance, or annihilation. We chose the latter. I apologised in the OP for posting this because I know for most of you it's the same inane, boring BS that pops up every few weeks. But of course, it's also essential for an Alliance of our size to avoid requesting sanctions when some uninformed person tries to feed the nation in question.
