1. look at it this way, the lsf posts almost made me think this was about Int-DH otoh, ucr and ds are made for each other
2. I guess we can chalk this up as another eternal war that wasn't quite as eternal as certain individuals claimed. Reason prevails. I think.
3. guys guys dont worry drn was worse than either of you
4. Hi, Hakai. Here is a helpful guide. I hope this helps! Sincerely, RR
5. The winner of this thread is people that regularly read the owf. The bad guys have won again, I'm afraid.
6. Who is that sax guy again? Everything on this plane of existence is impermanent. Decent people that persist become either hollow or twisted. The rest are too dumb to become either. :3
7. Well, they would've be more spacious on average people. They do a god job of filling theirs out. Let's just say that their physiques are better adapted to the cold, thus requiring a larger waistband.
8. Your ignorance and revisionism is legendary. The reset was performed to allow for reflection and complete re-evaluation of obligations based on the present rather than holding onto obsolete holdovers of the past. It had nothing to do with any silly political narratives outside of that. Those that are not entirely stupid can be self-aware. Those are wholly idiotic have no capability to detect their own flaws. You are welcome to remain in your echo chamber.
9. Valhalla being Valhalla was a surprise to NpO? Nice Bob Sanders moment you got here Mogar.
is the joke old enough to need an explanation?
10. It happened in Dave War, Karma, Bipolar et cetera; almost every global war. It's happening here. If a war is coming, alliances will work to ensure their enemies don't get the jump on them. NpO-SNX and co lost the diplomatic war. NPO and IRON won. You didn't make it easy for yourself, mind you. SNX gained status it was not prepared for and failed to change itself quickly enough to reinforce its new-found position. Its FA moves were mocked on the OWF for very good reasons; you kept signing with alliances that weren't battle-tested, nor did they have the bulk to either act as a deterrent or be a decent power sponge. You were the low-hanging fruit in NpO's camp, the unpopular fruit. You let Tywin in gov. You were led by scy. Even the MI6-hate was surpassed by the lack of respect you attracted. And you did not do enough to resist that labelling. You aren't the first mega-merger alliance to lose sanction almost as rapidly as they gained it. Learn from this conflict and put in place the internal structure needed to regain your losses once it has ended. Otherwise, be prepared to watch your strength dwindle till ut matches that of your alliances pre-merger.
11. I bet you're happy you didn't dump NPO for Fark now, TPF. ;) I like ODN but I have no quarrel with Fark. Have fun you guys.
12. IRON has a far better track record of avoiding war when it suits them (and joining the winning side), going back... a very long way. They just do a better job of handling the FA overall to avoid looking like Hal has for the past few years.
13. I didn't think TPF was that important these days but ok. :3 :3 :3 :3
14. bipolar 2 the electric boogaloo, yet they aren't fighting each other, lame
15. Trotsky for UCR viceroy no, not that trotsky the other trotsky
16. replace the text in the blue circles with white font or reduce the saturation and this will be far more legible
17. because NG's gayroller needed a freshened appearance In other news, MHA member makes jibe about planning. with a straight face. Admittedly, not everyone is old enough to see the humour here.
18. Exploiting treaties is an old practise, nothing new. Such 'tactics' (including but not limited to those mentioned) have been exploited and shaped several coalition-based wars - not just this one. Is it reasonable to expect victims of such Realist/Cynical tactics to ignore a clear opportunity for wielding them against their foes? It's a very strong temptation, you'd have to admit. Especially when the enemies are more or less the same and the memories are still clear in their minds. Knowing this, both sides play the same game, fearing to be outwitted by those opposite, or performing 'damage control' to limit the losses on their side. Or, at least the members on their side they actually care about (don't worry Aftermath, I'm sure daddy polar loves you as deeply as their other BAEs). I look forward to you bucking the trend in the future, rather than stating what everyone knows.
19. My theory is that theories in CN are bollocks. CN can be whatever you want it to be, whenever you want. Doesn't make it true, but truth is a commodity controlled by the highest bidder. Usually.
20. Thanks for the reminder that I said this once re; 'musketeer tactics' of bloc declarations used to generate the biggest dogpiles possible. Hoo boy. Now, we certainly haven't gotten that far yet (this is nowhere near EQ antics right now, way to jump the gun folks :P), but let's be honest - people are already trying to graffiti the same kind of writing on the wall. And yet, I still have doubts this war will produce the sheer magnitude of meatshield-ery simply due to changes in treaty webs and shifting attitudes since that conflict. Have fun, both of you.
21. And we're burning all the bridges now Watching it go up in flames No way to build it up again And we're burning all the bridges now Cause it was sink or swim and Linke went down, down, down So much leftist nostalgia up in this. I'm tempted to say this was inevitable vis a vis treaties with SNX but the other Int/ex-INT are gloating a bit too hard already. Hopefully we can talk all this stuff out once the war is over, LSF.
22. The blog system won't let me rate this 0 stars and that makes me truly disappointed.
