Because it is correct. I have maintained a well-articulated and well-publicized set of values across the span of 4 years upon which I based my judgements. One year one alliance will fall afoul of those values, another year the revolutions of global politics will rotate-in a different alliance. Same script, different cast. Far from a character flaw, this demonstrates my impartiality. But I wouldn't expect anyone from TOP to know about making judgements apart from treaties, so I can forgive your ire. I doubt there are many in that position with Umbrella, so I cannot see how this should be a call for people to come to their senses.
