Normally they'll have standard "requirements" for raiding that won't require approval, but anything outside of those requirements can be raided with gov approval. If NAAC were officially protected we would have been fine with paying reps. I thought you knew us (me) a bit better than that. I won't deny there has been some gloating from the raiders (mainly from d3filed who is always a little tongue in cheek anyway) but there have also been some wild and arrogant claims that Tetris somehow forced GOONS/NG/MK to stand down through fear when that is obviously a substantial stretch of the truth.
