    Bob doesn't often have the opportunity to set new precedent, but I relish the idea of third party, practically uninvolved alliances soon having the legal and, perhaps, even ethical high ground as to dictate when a war between others is finished. That is an ability I would use liberally and to great hilarity in world wars.
