1.
Speaking of which, I found this interesting: It's not technically violating the Doomhouse treaty, but MK is accepting tech from a AA that GOONs are at war with. What up with that?
The better question is... Who accepted 40 tech? Way to waste you slot... But I guess free tech is free tech. But what you're suggesting is an anti-GOONS plot which makes no sense as one nation sending free tech to an ally of GOONS won't be doing any good to that cause. Also- why target GOONS??
2. I'll give a mindless hail just for Enzos's sake. o/ but why sign an ODOAP? seems redundant.
3. hm... I think I missed my first two global wars due to RL... VE-NpO war was the first I was in actively but I helped pay reps for wars since BiPolar. (being in Legion the entire time) Then I switched to NSO and fought Legion with Tetris... Flipped to VE and fought in this last war against Apparatus and... Nebula-X. I think. So not a lot of wars for this one.
4.
Your own leader just gave you the example. I didn't say you wouldn't go to war all the time if you " could get away with it". I just said I've never seen you go to war when you "couldn't get away with it". Do you have an example of a time GOONS went to war and faced the possibility of a loss? edit: sorry double negative.
I can see reasoning behind calling out Sparta or someone for not running into a losing war- but GOONS doesn't strike me as someone to not goto war due to a potential for loss. Just saying. They are in fact the opposite in my mind- thus the lower tier they possess. They're tied at the hip with the current power sphere and haven't lost recently because of it. They /have/ taken heavy hits though and have never paused to jump into conflict. lol questioning a doomhouse member on their commitment to "Everything. Must. Die.". What's wrong with you?
5. Until I hit 4999.99 infra- Roll FIT. After I hit 4999.99 infra- TECH DEALS SHOULD BE 3m/150 tech always!
6. First defeat ever. Ouch. Pearls and Enzos Congrats on peace.
7. You'd all posture around each other not wanting to upset your mutual allies- then Legion would step in and roll everything.
8. Good to see Cortath still kicking. Also amusing video
9. lolYellowknife. Well we need to decide on a location. If I'm to organize it I can already say it won't be in europe as I can't fly to go. It'll probably be somewhere in the Eastern USA. As to North or South I have no idea I still need to get more feedback to see who could make it to, say- Chicago, St. Luis, Nashville, etc.

11. Already got a dozen or so people confirming they want to come So more likely this'll turn into a small get together where we'll all get drunk and debate imaginary politics.
12. This thread is clearly trying to send a subliminal message with all the "tiny" references. WE GET IT CHEYENNE. IT'S TIME TO MOVE ON AND TRY EXTENZE. E- also congrats.
13. Everything. Must. Peace. o/ VE o/ GOD o/ NebX Good war people.
14.
Is this a proposal to bring the mud-throwing and the backstabbing to a new level?...
J/K. I doubt you'd propose for it to be anywhere near me, and I'd had to divorce before showing up, anyway.

This entire meeting is so the world can plot against GPA now that you've taken spot #1.
15. lol it'd be interesting to say the least... I've met a grand total of 2 CNers in my 2 years of playing... If I'm to help organize this: 1. I need some people to chip in money to rent out an admittedly cheap place. edit: it may even be an outdoors thing just to cut cost. lol 2. It'll be in America, sorry if that $%&@s up anyones excitement but if the first one goes well we might take the local somewhere Euro. It should be in Cali but it'll probably end up somewhere along the East Coast or in the middle of the US-ish area. (possible) Locations TBA. 3. I'd looooove if Admin would attend That'd be cool as !@#$ lol. Maybe even a "Meet the Mods" booth. This would of course be for the enjoyment of the game etc etc. Don't bother showing up to "Punch people in the face" lol. I already have a few volunteers lined up to help staff the event if we decide to hold one.
16. Not sure if it'd be legal to call it that without Admin's permission, but if we had one- Would anyone come? If it all pans out there would be at least 3 different types of fruity drinks served. What say you cybernations? Also- Gotta pick a location and a time.
17. Meh. You need both types. Let's not forget micros too! Mass alliances have the advantage of MASS. So despite the inefficiency their mere mass gives them strength or projectable power. Elite alliances with high NS members also give a considerable amount of power projection- see TOP, Umbrella, (maybe) MK. Their ability to hit their targets is minimalized due to them not having enough lower tier nations. Thus they have little true "power" to back up words but they have a lot of "perceived power" due to efficiency and strength- resulting in ties with mass alliances that can give them that needed lower tier. It's a symbiotic relationship really.
18.
Also hello.
Boom.
