Sephiroth Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 Considering they have a protectorate which are usually one sided and not a MDoAP with VE, which usually don't have offensive clauses and VE hasn't asked them to enter, it makes sense they announce it if they want to clarify their stance.
