Pending further results from the upcoming IC summit, the rest of Canada (minus the Western present-day US states that comprise it) should probably be marked as "Disputed". The states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Colorado are to become part of California. Montana and Wyoming are to be set as a protectorate of California. Anyways, the East-American Union and the United Virginian Socialist Republic can now be labeled as GNE Protectorates, if someone joins my stabilization force, we can change that GNE Protectorate to "Joint-GNE-X-X" Protectorate later on. Just try to have governments be people considered native to the area and no one will give you any trouble IC or OOC wise over wherever you choose to go.
