FALCON Sentences Flappie of Ter Schenning to Zero Infrastructure

We further resolve that, in accordance with the carried-over Voting Legislation, voting on this resolution will be deemed complete immediately upon the casting of the vote of the final eligible FALCON Council member, and that this resolution shall remain classified pending the decision of the Grand Falcon to implement it if and when circumstances warrant.

We further resolve that, if circumstances so warrant, the Grand Falcon may cancel this resolution should it no longer be deemed necessary.

(OOC: not always, whereas is often used in matters such as petitions and other legal documents basically to say "it being the fact that", as a preamble to a statement.)

Whereas, Flappie got a case of the stupid, and whereas compounded that problem by apparently hoping the problem would go away by ignoring it, and whereas FALCON took all the necessary actions in order to seek proper and righteous vengeance...

He has plenty of time to log on look at our messages, declare other wars, and nuke people. I don't think that's the case.
Also, in case anyone is wondering about the time frame, we gave him well over a month to make some sort of contact with FOK, or FALCON government. That would let his nation get deleted if he was inactive. We didn't just jump on him without giving him a chance. It is summer for a big chunk of people after all. We expect people to possibly have a life and go on vacation or something like that. But oh well.

We will allow Flappie to rebuild his nation and rejoin society in good standing. HOWEVER, FALCON is not repealing or revoking the sentence of ZI, merely issuing a stay of execution. If at ANY time in the future, Flappie commits any further acts of unprovoked aggression against any member of FALCON or her allies, we at FALCON hereby give notice that we reserve the right to resume execution of this sentence with no further warning to Flappie, FOK, or any other entity being necessary. FALCON is a peace-loving alliance, but we cannot and will not tolerate unprovoked acts of aggression against our members. Our invitation to FOK to send an ambassadorial emissary to FALCON remains open, and we hope for friendly and peaceful relations in the future. Suspend the sentence or don't. If you don't have the will to see the matter through, then just say so.

Putting someone on indefinite probation is asinine and, as you will eventually find out, completely impractical.
