JackSkellington Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 (edited) The !@#$% Cat Accords Article I: Non Aggression Neither alliance will participate in acts which can reasonably be considered aggressive or hostile against the other. Violations of this article will be handled jointly through the signatory governments, by their chartered processes. Article II: Economics All alliances recognize the power of economics. As such, Genesis and Ronin agree to work together for mutually beneficial arrangements in regards to the exchange of technology for money, or other economic opportunities that may present themselves in the future. Article III: Assistance A. Both alliances will defend the other from unwarranted acts of aggression. Each signatory will provide support in whatever form is most readily available, be it military, financial, diplomatic, or any other means. B. Should either alliance provoke hostilities upon themselves, the other will jointly work with the aggrieved parties to resolve any situation, but military assistance in such a case is not automatically granted. C. Should either alliance engage in an act of aggression, they may request assistance from the other. Any such assistance is strictly voluntary. Article IV: Intelligence Both alliances agree that information gained with the potential to affect either alliance will be shared promptly and privately. Article V: Amendments This treaty may be amended, if approved by the leadership of each alliance. Article VI: Termination Any of the signatory alliances may terminate this treaty at any time. Once the private notification is given, all articles will be in effect for 5 days.
