There are too many new nations that get suckered into the "we will pay you $$$ to join" then forced to sell 100 tech for 3 mil, and not told how to maximize their profits. I could of brought up our aid programs, but they change depending on the needs of the membership. A few months from now the needs of the members that get recruited today will have changed and so will our programs. Aurora Borealis doesn't recruit full time. We recruit in phases in order to better serve our membership.

AB did a similar program a few years back, and even though it had several issues in the design(that we believe we've fixed). It is responsible for about 20% of our current membership.
