Particularly in the 100K NS crowd. I can see a lot of the losers in this war going into space. What better time to blow warchest on the moon/mars wonder than when you have very little NS? Also, TOP's 70% Manhattan Project percentage is worrying if you're intending to fight a long war against them. I took the 12 sanctioned alliances and NPO, because NPO is important, but I will 'run the numbers' for any alliance on request. I'll do PC if you wish. We currently have 209 actual members, so our stats are Harbour, Foreign Ministries and Hospitals: 100% WRC: 62.2% MP: 80.3% Sadly these numbers also increase our FAC and FSS numbers to FAC: 7% FSS: 11% I'm not even going to try to calculate our aid usage.
