Jeff told me he doesn't care though if he got wiped from newfoundland, He wants to start again elsewhere. By the time you reach first world, my borders will be fully-fortified. Meanwhile, I can provide covert support to the gangs within your territory and RP dropping propaganda pamphlets depicting your nation in a bad light. I'm just going to let china stay as it is on that picture except for the changes to Shandong. We've come pretty much to support each other.
