I wish to be very clear on this matter... this is not a merge in the traditional sense. You will not see any changes to our government as a result of GDI joining with us. This is simply an opportunity for them to enjoy a new environment. As such MA now protects the members of GDI for the next 7 days in order to give them the opportunity to change their AA or make other arrangements. In other words... MINE! You see, just like you would have to drop a lot of expensive infra to attack me; I would have to drop a lot of expensive infra to attack him. This was a more cost-effective way of achieving goals.
