And as of now ACT has no plans to directly invade any Communist Nation but to rather help out those in need who are fighting off Communist invasions. More of a Truman Doctrine type of deal not another GW. So you're essentially a neutral alliance except for the fact you wish to aid the occassional rogue against say UCR or such.
