[/quote] Yeah, the most disappointing thing with the much-improved RE is that they no long accidentally PM us their target lists (this happened [i]three times[/i]). Seeing as we don't send out the target lists until about an hour (half an hour to 45 minutes when I was Emperor) before we declare I find that unlikely. It's kinda sad really. My other opponents (besides the guy I assume is MIA since the attack) are pretty active and good though, so kudos on that. It seems to be something of great reoccurrence. Maybe you should focus your thoughts on others who seem (referring to previous rounds) to avoid more war and those who do blatant down declares. I have enough faith to say that we try fairly well when we go to pick targets for war. Unfortunately we are not growth machines such as PS, OP, LE, Anon and TPC to where we get to your relevant size is 1.5x the time it takes you, plus the fact that you have more active members who can do this as well. It is often why we end up around day 12 through day 25 looking for whomever isn't in a war and try to get one going. Hell at least we war. [/quote] Right, and when we do that we can go along the lines on how our Upper Tier is much more powerful then theirs (which this is true,) and then be crucified for it. Also noting the ANS is pretty low on their side as well. Seems like this would be a war that Cellardoor would consider a juggernaut too. [/quote] He was legitimately inactive, not that i expect you to believe me seeing as you already made up your mind. I actually had to look him up in SE to get in contact with him. I don't have a lot of room to talk as I declared down on one guy to kick him out of the top 5%, the other two were your best guys left though. And I believe I've finally found the conspiracy in this DoW. Stelios dirty plan. It's to keep me out of the casualties race. I've been hit with one ground attack in two days.
