I had a sense of deja vu when I started reading about a negotiation gone bad involving TOP being part of negotiation for a friend.

this is why I respect Archon and MK so much. Loyalty, but not blind loyalty. Instead of following some others giving blind support he has come in and said they screwed up and he is working to "educate them".

Congrats to ODN and Athens. Though the timing of this epic treaty might be suspect, These 2 are perfect for each other and The treaty is perfect on so many levels.

Of course last week you could have said "If you are active enough to form a community of 39 people, then you are not even "eligible" for being raided."

I was told about the R&R cancellation the other day and it made me think of all the times either R&R or MK approached the other to upgrade it. For some reason the 2 alliances were never ready at the same time. MK your a great alliance and I wish I could have gotten it done before I left.

there is a reason my post had question marks in two different places, it shows there were two separate and unrelated questions so yes there is not only a semblance of truth in my post, it is completely accurate. While I have never been concerned with a senate seat, Like Yawoo, I have always cared about a free and open senate. So much so that there was a time I talked to several alliances to see if we could force the issue by pooling our votes to make a statement. Unfortunately an alliance that would have been crucial to this endeavor had a treaty with a clause that would not let them take part. Too bad, it would have been interesting to see the reactions.

Ahh yes, remember when a Moon government member actually had the nerve to post about opening up the orange senate in the OUT forums and got shouted down? Remember when just 2 months ago these same signatories, while sharing their seats as a PR move, would still get defensive if the subject of a free senate got brought up?

Overrated: ODN, based on all the underrated votes, I think the jury is still out with them. Insert obligatory NSO reference Underrated: GOD, Mix is right, the only time you hear about GOD is in reference to Xiph and drama, there is much much more to them R&R, they keep to themselves and allies, allies like SF and LEO so they often get overlooked, that is a mistake.

congrats to the new parents. Having 2 of my own the only advice I can offer is Cherish them now, because in 14 years you will wonder why you didn't eat them when they were young and tender.
