The numbers actually look rather favourable as of late. 08/08/2008 = 459 nations, then a little over 1 year later (12/12/2009) there is a drop of 200 nations so you become 253, 1 further year you're 201 so only a drop of 50 nations. Again another year later and a drop of only another 50ish old players. So it seems like the decline has tappered off to about 50/year of the old nations.

Conversly one could view their actions as not necessary but extremely generous, as in they had no treay with R.O.C.K. so they (the combine) had no responsibilty to even get invovled. Instead, they got the raids to stop, and because ROK can't they (the combine) extended further protection against future raids to R.O.C.K. Instead of frothing at the mouth anytime one of NG/GOONs/MK is mentioned, why not try a new approach, and rationally look at the situation then make an unbiased judgement? maybe just once?

They cleary do not appear on the "alliance stat page due to having fewer than 20 members which is the benchmark set by admin to appear. It could be argued then that no they are not a valid alliance. If it is argued that they aren't a valid alliance, then one could justify that the balance of your arguement doesn't hold water. At the end of the day there are many different opinions; options; view points. Maybe instead of the peanut gallery weighing in on who they think is right or justified, they should look to the example Umbrella is setting and actually doing something to speed up the ____________of this war.

Because I am a simpleton at heart, I put in -5.99999999 which netted a result of 100%. On my map shows it rounded simply to -6 = 100%. So, I then input raw -6 on my next wonder and up comes 99%, lol! as in nine, could have been a 10.
