Why can't mutual growth be kept within the alliance. By forcing them to do tech deals outside of the alliance, the larger nations of SSSW18 have a smaller pool of internal sellers. Forcing them out into the free market of planet Bob. The free market has it's pitfalls especially if you don't know the nations your dealing with (Tech Fraud?). Now if the war rages on for weeks/months then this could technically take hundreds if not thousands of nations out of the sellers market, which could have a negative impact on the tech buyers within SSSW18 (their growth). Now with the above noted, I am in agreement that these are not harsh terms, but it is not white peace and shouldn't be passed as such. It is also a the first of many Peace terms to incorporate some punative measures within the framework of peace. It should be interesting to see how severe the next set of terms will be. If terms are allowed to some parties?

You use "Fact is" and "Most" like you have checked the "Big Bad" nations of Echelon lately? When in fact 11 of the top 30 nations are in PEACE MODE. only 1 of the top 5 are in PEACE MODE. then you query the 31 peace mode nations, and wondering aloud about the number of these being the leaders? First off, welcome to the fight TSO. Unfortunately there has been all too much whining and complaining about who has been entering this war and for what reason. Personally I would be much happier reading a 2-3 page thread with logical content and comentary, then wading through page after page of nonsense. I am honored to be fighting against TOP in this war, They seem to be a very well organized military machine, as can be judged by their update blitz. I think the pre-midnight attacks went well for my against my 2 TOP nations, after midnight, not so well. I look forward to further bloodshed over the course of this war. This is indeed a new and unique twist. It does seem quite interesting to offer the outcast a glimmer of hope, an incentive to change. This is something which could change the game in many interesting ways. I do have one question regarding these "PZI/ZI" members. Would you or your alliance offer diplomatic assistants in helping these players from their ZI status? Oh, and good luck. Although it doesn't seem like you will need much of that.

You do realize that your math is a little off? If I were to by 100 tech from you I would ask for a price of 2.6 million which is suggested by your price for 50 tech at 1.3 million times 2 for 2.6 million? Odd way of pricing things out.
