Imho reformed alliance should be the The Grämlins. Alliances that haven't yet been mentioned for new alliances would be TLR. If we don't consider mergers then House Baratheon.

I dont think this is technically breaking the surrender terms. To go a different route, SNAFU is CD's MDoAP partner. First war on SNAFU from an umbrella nation was launched 2/28/2011 2:01:04 PM by Itsuki Koizumi. Thus SNAFU was "declared" on by Umbrella well after the surrender terms were signed. Due to coalition warfare CD might have decided they were better matched up to fight against MK. However, this may well violate the spirit of the terms, i wasnt there and thus cant attest to the spirit of the terms.

The sith have created the thing that every alliance strives for, an active, vibrant community. The sith are filled with great people who enjoy being on bob. In addition, they are one of the most honorable alliances around. To put it simply they have created a culture where they can have fun, creates drama, and is honorable. Bob is better because the Sith are around, I wouldn't say that about many alliances. Heres to 2 more!

One can argue that u were wrong to sign with that person, but that is within their rights as a sovereign alliance, and i personally would never demand reps for that. If you don't have a treaty then no, u are not automatically being immoral, but you also are not automatically in the right. Thus, why I said that if you enter without a treaty you could be awarded reps that I would support. It varies case by case if you enter without a treaty.

[/quote] Yes that is the point of the 2nd sentence, i was listing my opinions on the only POSSIBLE reasons for reps, like i said they shudn't always be given in those situations. For example, when NSO defended STA in Bipolar that was a friend defending a friend even though there were no treaties. In addition, NPO could be considered the initial alliance in the NPO vs. DH front, but i dont think they shud be given reps either if they lose.

In my opinion, reps can only be justified when given to the whichever of the 2 initial alliances loses, any alliance that enters the war without a treaty (ODPs count as a treaty), or any alliance that acts dishonorably in the war or before the war. Of course, reps do not always have to be given in those cases. However, I also understand that many alliances don't share my views on reps, and shud they win it is their right to assess rep amounts of their choosing, just as it is my right to oppose/disagree with them.

I like #1, #2 wudnt have much of an effect in SE, #3 I am not a fan of, #4 id like to see this in SE, except make it so u can reroll every 30 days, #5 idk about this one, #6 I think it shud be added to SE, but then also raise the GRL cap, #7 not a huge fan, #8 wud not like to see cost of MP raised in SE, #9 idc
