So you're inviting People to Attack you... And then they have to pay back whatever damages they incur. Seems somewhat like a waste of time to me... and a big waste of aid slot usage. A Better Plan to train your newbies would be to have them all enroll in TE and form a GCU alliance in TE and see how that goes. Or start a War and have a trial by fire
