Although this is still being talked by the ministers of Global Communist Union, I Noynoy Aquino Defense Minister of GCU will force the ministers to push this exercise. This is to gather data from our alliance if we can withstand major attacks from other nations. However this will only be limited to Ground Attacks, and Attempted Spy Ops to see if our threat advisories are enough. I.Philippine Republic declares war on GOONS as part of the FnKa, commencing Operation: Thunder Bowl Yesterday September,30,2010 President Benigno Aquino III declared a state of war between the Philippines and GOONS faction initiating Operation: Thunder Bowl. Armed Forces of the Philippines was placed under DEFCON condition 1 yesterday and re-called all reservists to action. II.Major cities of the Philippines evacuated after retaliatory strikes by GOON nations. Major cities in the Philippines were evacuated following retaliatory strikes from the GOONS, Member of the Presidential Family where evacuated to the remote mountains of Sierra Madre in the Pacific Coast of the Philippines. BRP Bacolod was also anchored in Naval HQ, Manila when the war broke out, and since no naval orders where released yet, the commander of the Philippine 1st Fleet offered to help people evacuate over 1,800 Philippine Marines as well as a few dozen transport helicopters airlifted some of the evacuating citizens to the ships now waiting off the coast of Manila where they will be transported to Panay Islands in the Western Visayas region. [/quote] Yes I do tech raid, but when I tech raid out of respect from the one I raided, I never get them to Anarchy as I told them that we only came for the tech not for your government to crumble. Unaligned nations are not "Milking Cows!" that you just come in raid him then get him to anarchy. Again I call on especially big alliances allied to FnKa like GATO, Hydra, NSO, and TOOL, as well the others. In the words of Franklin Roosevelt "For how long are we just gonna stand here and imagine that the world is not at war, while we build refrigerators our enemies build bombs." and I'll say this from that quote "How long will the big alliances think that Planet Bob is not in great danger from another major conflict, while GOONS are raiding and well acting likes goons." And also the PMs, I don't think I consider GOONS to be a formal alliance. Formal alliances will act more mature on who they talk to, I think GOONS as rogues that banded together as they are afraid they will get pummeled by all the other alliances for there money, and tech. So for those in the other alliances that are siding GOONS, if you come to realize this, then we have no quarrel with you, declare peace with the ninjas as well as FnKa and we'll forget about it. All the GOONS do is to attack unaligned nations which in turn get all the raided tech for themselves tipping off the balance in Planet Bob, being arrogant in so our declaration of war is also in the basis of restoring balance and order. Truth be told I wanted to kick GOONS a**es since I got in. So therefore all alliances open your eyes to the conflict, imagine planet bob running out of tech targets because GOONS killed them all, then 1 day because the targets are gone they will start raiding "ALLIGNED ALLIANCES" and in turn start a major WORLD WAR.
