I see no difference between the mercy board and something like a beer review, and people didn't fuss over those. The ex-gov of FnKa chose to pay cash reps; personally, I didn't want to take advantage of GOONS hospitality. I might just do one for fun though, if I can find time.

We had a good run: we had a fun war, we buried a few axes, and its time to put it all behind us. The few active members just don't have the time or enegry to devote to FnKa that it deserves. We would like to thank our allies, the Ninjas, and GOONS for a well conducted war. GOONS aren't the evil menace that it's easy to paint them as; try actually talking to them first before you make a judgement. While they aren't everyones cup of tea, they have a good groups of gents' and something special going on. Also, before the peanut gallery tries to use FnKa as thier PR banner, just don't. GOONS didn't force us to disband. Those nations that have expressed a desire for peace will follow the GOONS terms to be specified below; those who have yet to decide will have the option remain open to them. I will continue to hope in the future we can all come together and make it happen. Instead to be a Hegemon, by definition, it requires ascendency or total dominance. It is also true then that three groups of roughly equal power with three seperate agendas cannot be a Hegemony. Rather, they would have to be working in partnership with eachother. There is obviously no inter-bloc treaty between any of these blocs. Also, there is no great volume of inter alliance treaties to create a de-facto super-bloc. Between PB and SF, there are 5 of 42 possible treaties: VE-RIA, VE-GOD, VE-RoK, GOONS-GOD, and FOK-R&R. Between C&G and PB there are 3 of 30 possible treaties, GOOONS-=LOST=, PC-Athens, and FoB-PC. Between SF and C&G there is just 1 of 35 possible treaties, Athens-CSN. An 8.4% overlap in the treaties between blocs does not equal an 'intertwining.' Seen as how both of these elements is absent, neither singally nor collectively do these blocs constitute a Hegemony.

GOONS and their partners in this war have accepted it with no real contest. Did you even consider we don't care about our statistics or supposed political capital? We found out who our real friends are, and even found some respect from the nations we are fighting. Thats worth the price we will eventually have to pay to the piper. Well, I'll be, eh?

[/quote] When we did the numbers for the first round of wars, it was a 36 wars declared by GOONS and 34 wars declared by PC, MK, AO, and UMB. Its well established your top tier is a little thin. Without your allies help, we would have done much more damage and taken far less. I don't see why the facts of an alliances membership are some big PR issue however. If I were in GOONS place, I would have done the same, all be it with at least a notice that we intended to involve our allies.
