I don't believe CSN would be willing to take him back so easily. However, I may be thinking of someone else. Quite frankly though, hopping from them to someone else and dueling AUT in between wouldn't be much of a surprise from Penkala.

Any chance you could provide me evidence of said complaining?

You're still attempting to bring attention to yourself by making a blog. How about you just query AUT and talk it out?
