  1. What browser are you using? Most likely it's some weird behavioral problem between your browser and the war screen?
  2. In *general* it's fine (and a good idea because of bill lock and the bill avoidance penalty) to pay bills every day (also paying bills can trigger events, which can be good or bad). There is a tiny amount of interest on back bills. Collections, on the other hand, are best done once every twenty days. This is because bills are based on what you *currently* have, as are taxes. (This is also why it's best to pay bills *before* buying infra, and collect taxes *after* buying infra.) Edit: Trade set can also have an impact on ideal bill pay frequency. Also repeat resources (I count ten -- you have a harbour so you should be able to have twelve) don't give extra bonuses -- for example having two wheat trades won't give you +16% population. (Having fish and wheat will give you +16.64% population, however).
  3. Oh wow, the sat nation magically goes away once sitting is approved. If I knew that earlier I could have avoided the annoyance of ever sitting anyone. </sarcasm> I've known the passwords of at least two users -- and I'm sure I know at least 10 more -- as I'm sure someone has 'asdfghjkl' or something like that as a password. Or '12345' or '987654321' or 'zxc741asd852qwe963' -- I just can't see how knowing someone's password is a rule violation.
  4. I can't see how just knowing someone else's password would constitute cheating? If you decided for some weird and strange reason to PM me with your password, I can't see how me reading that PM would constitute cheating. Or for that matter, how the owner of the nation logging in during a sit would constitute cheating either?
  5. I'm pretty sure they're pulling the sibling/spouse/cousin/goldfish excuse after getting caught with multis. Case in point, this one -- apparently his brother is his wife? And then there's this guy's appeal. "Brother"... And yet, in the video he uploaded to his own youtube channel... near the end, he says: "Brother". Yeah right. Basically, if you're thinking of creating a second nation and then claiming 'sister', don't. If your actual sibling wants to play, you should be fine. You might want to let a game mod know when/if she joins though.
  6. When you don't pay your bills over the short term: A small amount of interest is charged on that amount. Over the longer term, if you don't pay your bills for enough days, the bill avoidance penalty kicks in -- which reduces collections by some amount, up to 100%. (I know it does that by 90 days inactive.) Also, having multiple nations is a big no-no and is likely to get you in trouble with the mods.
  7. A slight bug with the comments system on team proposals -- when the proposal has been voted down (at least) and there were no comments on the proposal beforehand, it forwards to the 'this nation does not exist screen'. The URL for pointing at the comments was: http://www.cybernations.net/team_news_comments.asp?ID=[attachment=114:bug-1.png] [attachment=115:bug-2.png]
