1. Oh trust me, I'm completely fine with this turn of events (not), but I'm not exactly happy with the treatment dished out by NBA. Banning people randomly for stupid reasons, really?
2. Preparations in advance were made by the Provisional Government, and Representative Akinari Shimanouchi was put in charge of receiving the delegation. This was to the be first experience Clustania would have with foreign governments, and the Provisional Government refused to let this opportunity to interact with other governments go to waste, they didn't want to screw it up either. This was an opportunity to let a foreign nation see the slowly transforming capital of Ar Tonelico, as well. When the delegation's flight began it's landing procedures, it'd be received by the control tower at the only international airport in Clustania: Ar Ciel International Airport. As they began their descent, the control tower would radio their commands and finalized it with a simple, yet humble: You are free to land, and welcome to Clustania.

4. Communique to The Federation of Artic Regions "Should you ever wish to discuss things, preparations for a conference in the capital of Ar Tonelico can be made at any time. ~Elric van Leeuwen, Representative of the Provisional Council
5. "Clustania appreciates the gestures of nations around in the world in welcome it to the global stage." ~ Elric van Leeuwen, Representative of the Provisional Council
6. This war needs to escalate, too many of us need to enjoy sitting on the sidelines and eating popcorn. ...it's been too damn long since I've had the joy of doing such.
7. 'The Provisional Government of Clustania would like to welcome it's newest friend on the South American continent.' ~ Elric van Leeuwen, Representative of the Provisional Council

In the continent of South America, a place for refugees, for people of all backgrounds regardless of how various, is hereby declared. In this state, known simply as Clustania for short or The State of Clustania for it's full title per edict by the Provisional Government, any and all are welcome. Our society is founded upon the principles of tolerance, acceptance of the common man, regardless of where he's from, what his status is, or what he chooses to do with his life. We come here for the purpose of worshipping the Goddess we have come to commonly know as 'Harvestasya', along with adhering to the principles and rules she set forth so that we may progress as she would have willed us to: without prejudice, with an open mind, and a free spirit. While the fundamental nature of humanity has corrupt elements, and perfect achievement of such a society may not be possible, we shall still try and set forth. While we all speak different tongues and do not share a common language, the creation of Hymmnos, a language brought forth and written into edict by the provisional government (and the language recorded in the documents left behind by previous followers of Harvestasya), shall be recognized as the official language of the State of Clustania. With the assistance of the Provisional Republic of Guyana, we hereby set out to leave our mark on the world. In order to celebrate the founding of Clustania, a ball & gala shall be held in the capital of Ar Tonelico, the rechristened city formerly known as San Luis. signed, The Provisional Government of Clustania Representatives of Harvestasya, and Clerics of the Tower
9. I really don't know what to think. Alright, enough joking around, why the heck are certain people STILL in government?
10. Nice to see you at the helm, Rayvon. Best of luck.
11.
Has anyone yelled "WORLD POLICE" yet?
Nope, always time to, however.
12. Congrats on the government change-up. o/ Olympus
13.
Best leadership SOS has had.......ever
I'm pretty sure I was the closest thing to a real leader they ever got.
14. ~ on the first anniversary of the alliance, founded 19 Oct, 2010 (well, kind of delayed) ~ Little over a year ago, the New Sakura Order founded on Planet Bob. We came into this planet with our set of goals, a few friends, and a determination to outlive and outlast. Our theme was something unique to us, something borrowed over from our previous alliance and home (the SOS Brigade), but evolving and ever-changing. It has since developed into something beautiful, and our community is as strong as ever, and close as ever. Many thanks to those who helped found the alliance and are no longer with us, such as: Dissident, and Youmu. To those who have worked in our government in the past: Tohru, Sareya, and Onyx Firefly, and to our first Empress, who held the titular position from our opening days until just recently, and steered us through troubled times: Katsumi. To the other people who've been within our ranks and helped us grow into what we've become, thanks to you as well. A very special thanks, however, goes out to the Imperial Assault Alliance, for protecting us and helping us at every turn and bend when we required them, and for being the best protector an alliance could ask for. Special shout-outs especially to Voodoo Nova, Lavo, Chimaera, Grundig, James Wilson, mastabadey, roopot, and TheListener for keeping us company as representatives of that alliance through their tenure as our protector. To our friends at the AOD Brigade, and our other friends in the Cyberverse, we stand fast and will never back. We will not disband regardless of the circumstances, and we will always honor our treaties regardless of circumstances. An even bigger thanks, however, to GATO and LoSS for taking up our protection. While others have wished for our demise, and long wanted us in the 'dustbin of history', we shall continue to outlast their ambitions and continue on as we are. For we, the New Sakura Order, eternal, everlasting, and beautiful. We shall not give in, and we shall outlast our rivals until this Planet's dying breath. Here's to another year, and the many years beyond it to come. o/ New Sakura Order tl;dr New Sakura Order is still around after a year, and will always be thriving. Problem?
15. When looking for a protector for the New Sakura Order long before I was Empress, I was torn between a protectorate with IAA or a protectorate with Nueva Vida. I had connections in both, and trusted both alliances with Sakura being in their hands. I eventually went with IAA due to talks with multiple people in government, including Voodoo Nova (now TLR). At the time, I was rather unsure and I mostly went with whom I was able to have the most contact with, whom looked more reputable, respectable, and honorable, and ended up trying to rush the agreement to be sure that Sakura could go off without a hitch, and with good treaties on founding. Looking back it now, I was horribly wrong to even doubt choosing IAA as a protector. You guys have been excellent allies and have been there for us at every turn and bend, regardless of the circumstances leveled against us. When we were unjustly attacked, you were there. When we went in to burn for our allies, you were there, even if the alliance wasn't keen on it. I can firmly say that I love you guys, and I'll miss you alot. Best of luck, wherever you go, as IAA will always live on in my books. Thanks for the run we've had, it was great. Can't wait to get to know the folks over at GATO more, and hope you guys have a good one. o/ Imperial Assault Alliance o/ (former) Emperor Chimaera
16. Best of luck to our friends in the AOD Brigade. We'll always you.
17. I can say nothing better than 'good show' to my alliance mates, and our allies. While the performance by our allies was less than remarkable, at least they stuck to their obligations, same as we did. Best of luck to our allies in Tetris and our friends in the New Sith Order, keep at 'em.
18.
I am guessing that Tetris and NSO do not want to admit that they lost the war against an underdog like The Legion.
I wasn't aware that this was a losing war for either side, rather than a stalemate.
19.
That was just a post-NsO kind of place in SOS.
If only you could see how Arrnea trumpeted that us leaving was 'the best thing for SOS'. It wasn't, to be fair, because we offered the only real resistance to his plans, at the given time. Did we go about how we handled things wrong? Oh, quite so. However, does it make the fact that we tried to overthrow him any less logical? Not in the slightest. Bernkastel, you learned the same lesson I did, just as quick and fast as I did: Become inconvient? Get out.
20.
I don't know how being expelled equates to escaping. That would imply I left of my own accord and I did not. That said, I wanted SOS to move on and made even great strides to do so as Chief. I did not support the continuous plotting, planning and finding any CB he can to roll Tetris, NsO, iFOK and SLCB. Arrnea lived and breathed for putting them in the dustbin (as you very well know). I never really had anything against anyone. I just went with the flow of the drama queen.
To be fair, my judgement towards you in the past (and Locke) has been clouded. I think I've started to gain new-found respect for both of you after figuring out circumstances over time.
21.
And you people think Arrnea was in PM during the 18 hours war because he was afraid to lose his precious NS? Not only is it that I can't recall Arrnea keeping out of the conflict (he was even in the initial wave), but also I can tell you that even if he had, it seems noone had a problem with it. But defamation is by no means better than hypocrisy.
It's called 'honor when convenient'. Take into consideration this was the only time he was <not> in PM, and it was only because he had a legion of allies backing him, and was on the offensive. Every time on the defensive? Nope. Also, afraid to lose precious NS? I don't know, if I'm ironic for losing 30k NS already for my alliance, you must be blind. It's by no means alot, but I'd sure as hell be willing to burn off all my remaining infra and tech if I wasn't told by my own members, again, to sit in PM. (which also happened last conflict) Beyond that, come back when your material is good enough to come at me, ya dig?
22.
And that children, is the story about the weeaboo queen.
USMC forgot the part where he hid in peace mode during the Tentacle Grape War too. We're also forgetting the part where he was going to be put under ZI by his own alliance (SOS), and once again, went into peace mode. I'm seeing a trend here...
23. Invicta, the most reliable ally on the CyberVerse. Hail, o/
24. Best of luck in your campaign, Non Grata. Go get 'em, my seaworthy brethren.
25. Goodbye, and good riddance. Best of luck, wherever you go, regardless.
