1. It seems one of my nations got nuked by a raid target on Christmas morning, so we'll continue assaults against that one at the least.
2.
Someone should heed their own advice.
I'm sorry, it sounded like the wind went past my ears. Oh well.
3. Edy von Bruhl Edy couldn't help herself as she walked around to ball, scouting someone to converse with like scouting a target on the battlefield. She saw quite the elegant mistress making her way across the floor, clearly ending her conversation with the person she appeared to have been talking with for several minutes prior. The person seemed like someone Edy could relate to, perhaps even speak in her native tongue with. It was rare that she got the chance to speak German to people outside the government, and even then opportunities were scarce. She was from the border between what was typically called 'Luxembourg' and what was typically known as 'Germany', a small town by the name of Bruhl. The primary reason the government viewed her as the most adequate for the job was her mastery of French, Luxembourgish, and German. Her Dutch was progressing, but very slowly, although Elric was helping her along the way. Making her way swiftly across the floor with her dress in tow, she approached Angelika and curtsied. She hoped Angelika would understand the German that made up her first line of speech to her: 'Guten Nacht, und Wilkommen. A pleasure to meet you Madame, my name is Edy von Bruhl, interim Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defense for Gallia.' ---- Klaus Honecker Honecker would listen to the words echoed by Kumala and nod every so and often to show his approval of the words. 'I do believe that in the future, the likelihood of foreign encroachment shall only increase. I do not believe maintaining ties with foreign powers is necessarily the problem, so much as them generating levels of influence that are... dangerous to continental stability.' He took another sip of his wine and awaited Kumala's response. ---- Cordelia gi Randgriz Cordelia smiled and let out a chuckle, as the evening was just beginning and it was already fun. For her, socializing and the interactions of one human with another were even more interesting at the level maintained here. For the people gathered here were not those of typical rank and regalia, of civilian status, but people of power and influence, class and royalty. To her, interacting with anyone here, those not of Royal national backgrounds, was most intriguing. She enjoyed the experience it gave her, showcasing different sectors of the world. 'Mr. Vasquez, Mr. Vasterborg, I agree with you both. As for Sweden's visitations of South America, and I believe you are correct. It is pleasing to see so many nations rise of out what I understand to have been quite the war torn area. I can assure you that cooperation between our respective nations will ensure stability and prosperity, and Gallia shall work to its best to ensure its part of the bargain. While we come from many different backgrounds, I believe common goals and a willingness to work for what we view now as home shall unite us. Oh, and Mr. Vasquez. Thank you very much for your kind words. The way I see it, it can only get better, right?' The expression on her face at that moment could only be described as sublime. The radiating glow of her happiness, her smile, would likely touch the hearts of those she interacted with just like it did when she talked to her own people, and her cabinet. It was only in times like these, and in her private quarters that her femininity let itself out despite the boyish haircut she maintained. She would drink a small sip of wine, and then continue with Ramon. 'I do have to say that a relationship between our countries is a most interesting proposal, sir, and it shall be something worth looking in to.' --- Elric van Leeuwen Whilst Montmorency accompanied Edy, Elric would find himself sitting at the bar. He preferred not to openly socialize with these people like some of his companions seemed to find joy in doing. Instead, he would sit here and drink and enjoy the atmosphere from afar. However, the clothes of the individual next to him were quite... different. The strangest part was the insignia, which looked like a oddly-shaped air force roundel colored in white and red. His eyes would skim over his drink, and back to this symbol several times before he opened his mouth to the stranger. 'So, drinking at the bar as well, huh?'
4.
Why would I want to wear a paper crown anyway? To be the Supreme God-Empress of Greater Cardbordia? And the crime is not called treason, but lese-majesty. Though, I wouldn't know how this is connected to me pointing out the misuse of a title.
I haven't been honest with you in awhile, miss, but it's time to grow up and take a lesson from this. When nobody gives a damn about your opinion, you saddle up and walk away. Especially when chances of changing people's minds is null/zero.
5. Cordelia would pass by and eye several individuals, and Honecker opted to stay close to her rather than split up like the rest of the procession. She felt slightly out of place for a female, given her short haircut made her stand out a bit more than traditional female monarchs. She wasn't particularly masculine either, instead being quite feminine in any regard that a person could challenge her on. She did have a few boyish hobbies, but that was the fullest extent one could win in such a challenge against her in. She would notice the appearance of a man dressed in typical garb for the occasion, giving off a slightly Hispanic appearance like many of the people she had seen while touring the nation that were still native-born to the region and had not immigrated, both before and after the Clustanian boom. She humbly curtsied to the man and raised her glass to him whilst another man approached Honecker. 'A pleasure to meet you as well, Mr. Vasquez. I appreciate your sentiments, and express the same to you. I view a prosperous relationship between our respective countries, however, to be a possibility. I've heard a few things about Athens during my childhood in Europe, and none of them have ranged anywhere near the negative spectrum. It's excellent that you're enjoying your stay and the festivities so far. My feelings on the reception of this were mixed at first, but I shall try my best to make this spectacle as entertaining as possible for all.' She would notice another man walking over towards her as she was speaking to Ramon, and curtsied to him upon his arrival in front of her as well. She would finish her sentence, and quickly switch the target of conversation to the other man in order to return the favor and welcome him. 'Thank you as well, kind sir, I appreciate your sentiments and wishes. Might I ask what your name is? I don't think we've been introduced.' Whilst Cordelia had her hands full conversing with the two gentlemen, Honecker would also find himself approached by another gentleman of the occasion, and bowed in turn. 'Why I could do nothing other than agree, good sir, for I look for a fruitful relationship between all of my continental brethren. It is excellent so meet you as well- He cut himself off and tried to read the small name-tag on the man's outfit before continuing his sentence. 'err, Herr Humala, is it? A pleasure to make your acquitance as well, sir.'
6. In line with my campaign for Supreme Weeaboo Viceroy (or Overlord, take your pick), I have approached the SOS Brigade with a tantalizing offer involving protection, and warm Taiwanese-made security blankets. In line with their Overlord, and realizing my power and prestige, they have accepted. In lieu of this we have come forward to present you with the following stunning development in my quest to achieve my titular claim in reality: A Mutual Assimilation Pact. It is only a matter of time until Nice Boat finally caves into the superior Sakurareich once and for all, as their SOS Brigade comrades have so wisely chosen to do before them (at this very moment). The slight dimmer allowed for Cordelia to walk slowly through the corridor and out through the dimly lit area. The area from which she walked was positioned above a small staircase which lead to a raised platform. On the raised platform a podium crafted out of marble that she would make her way towards, her procession following. The guests in the room would hear the distinct clicking of the Princess's military-style boots as she made her way out of the corridor and down the stairs, heading towards the podium. Behind he dark figure would appear four other individuals, her 'procession', all high-ranking individuals in Gallian society. Some of them were in the government, save Montmorency, whom was high-ranking military. The procession was her current cabinet, with more members set to fill it's ranks in days to come, but for now these people were all the Princess had selected. She was very picky about her selection process and those who met the standards of Gallian government, and such had made the number who filled its ranks thus far a minimal amount. As she made her way to the podium and took the last few steps towards it, her coat continued to sway, and the unique noise that her boots made would continue. It was only until she stopped at the podium that the cloak arched through it's final swaying movements and that her boots would fall silent. Upon arriving, she prepared herself, her procession giving her approving looks to proceed this event. Cordelia gi Randgriz: To those that have chosen to come to this procession, and my beautiful country, I thank you. It is with this event and the subsequent tours in days to come that we welcome you to our land. You are to the first foreign visitors of high-ranking stature, government and otherwise, to be welcome to this Palace. Although a few handfuls have tourists have likely proceeded your entry to this country in general, you have taken a step somewhere where they cannot. It is my pleasure to welcome you to my home as residence as both dignitaries and as my personal guests. Make yourselves at home, for following the ball you shall have rooms waiting, should you intend to stay. My staff will ensure your needs are taken care of, and I hope we can converse with one-another and enjoy the company each and every one of us bring to this formerly dim and quiet castle. In preparation for her coming words, a butler from the Castle's staff would present her with a glass and pour some wine imported from France into it. She raised the glass and began to continue her words. I hope, with this toast, we can set off the tone for the rest of the night. Let us enjoy, possible friends, compatriots, my guests! For I expect such an evening to be filled with grandeur, and fun to be had by all! Finishing her speech and moving away from the podium, both her and her procession began to make their way independently (seperating from one another) towards the floor where the rest of the guests had gathered. This night would prove to be a thrill for Cordelia, or so she hoped.

The letters she had made her colleague, Klaus Honecker, write and send to multiple nations around the globe was a time-staking measure but it was intended to give the Gallian state some global exposure and a chance to interact with other national officials. The occasion would be marked with more festivities than usual, and the amount of fanfare would be right for the occasion. Lanseal International Airport (formerly Ar Ciel International) would be decked out in festive colors of blue and white, with a large Gallian flag hanging off the side. The Governate would retain it's large draped flag, and the Castle would retain it's usual decorations. Members of the Honor Guard would be stationed with a band contingent at the Airport to welcome incoming dignitaries. Today was a day of festivity that none in Gallia would forget, and it was Cordelia's first chance to prove herself on the stage of global politics. Between the tour, the ball, the gala, and the general festivities, this would set the stage. This was the beginning.

The Capital City of Randgriz, Principality of Gallia Clustania was considered by many to be an aspiration, a dream, something to strive and aim for. The Provisional Government expected that they would inevitably be capable of finalizing their list of projects, and standardization of several new laws would be feasible and easy to obtain. The state was meant to attract outsiders from around the world and urge them to join the creation of a union where multiculturalism did not harm the state, but cultivated prosperity, cooperation, and the aim for something higher. When the Provisional Government took control, none knew how many made their ranks nor who in full was within it. All that the general populace knew is they were ambitious, and strived for results, and none of them had ever shown their actual faces to the populace. Their had been times when names had been mentioned, thrown around, but that was as far as it went. The population would likely grow increasingly restless as the Government maintained it's distance from the public, and even those with connections to the 'Inner Circle' the Provisional Government had become could not see them increasing their presence beyond that which was necessary to maintain power and control. The laws instated by the Provisional Government, such as the creation of the Hymmnos language, were instated to provide some form of unity and centralization among the masses. Instead, they backfired. Trying to make those from foreign languages learn a new universal tongue, and initiating general laws that would adapt them to a 'utopia' just proved to be nothing more than what the state set out as: a dream. Klaus Honecker found this 'dream' to be a waste of time. He had participated, on the Provisional Government's behalf, in a conference aimed at South American unity. At the conference, he got to see varying faces. People of various governments, backgrounds, and ways of managing politics were there. States of different ethnic makeups, sizes, and civil structures. While the interaction he got with those on the same continent as the state he represented was minimal, he came to a conclusion there: the state that was known as Clustania would only hinder progress, rather than move forward and progress and it was intended. For several days, he rested within his chambers and worked endlessly to find a solution to the 'Clustania Problem' as he would come to know it, something that would satisfy the current status quo of ethnicities in the Clustanian state whilst developing it into a functioning and normal state. He went through government type after government type, drafting many prototype 'blueprints' and factoring in every element he could think of to solve the issues. For days, he would only run into failure and find both advantages and disadvantages. He quickly learned that no government type he would envision to strive towards for the new state would be perfect, nor immune to corruption and the other errs that ruined political systems. On the sixth day of his labor, he found a blueprint that he was satisfied with, something that would represent the people best and allow for both a democratic system, but a stable one with a static base of power to support the democratic elements: a constitutional monarchy. He opted to leave a bit more power in the monarch's hands than traditional constitutional systems, and the system was still likely prone to elements with which some would disagree with. He would have to deal with it, as would those he passed the idea down to. Further down the blueprint were details for the new 'monarch' of the state. Since no hereditary bloodline (of nobility or general royalty) had ever existed in the Clustanian state, as it was against the ideals set forth by the Provisional Government, the selection of a monarch would inevitably create a new royal house which would work from scratch to establish itself internationally, although it would be recognized (at least) nationally, or so he hoped. His selection process, although lengthy, led him to a young commoner girl from Luxembourg whom had immigrated by herself to Clustania: Cordelia van Leeuwen. She had been born to a Dutch father with a good pedigree, and a mother of commoner background from Luxembourg, where she had lived the entirety of her life until her sudden move to Clustania. From the information he had gathered from those who lived in the same district and general area as her, she was a capable orator, and good at wooing people and being generally pleasant. Whilst many other candidates would qualify, Klaus opted for female ruler. This would easily open up the opportunities for a royal marriage with another country, at least more so than with a male monarch. Klaus would spend a few days interacting with Cordelia after his selection process, and submitted a commission for a flag the same day he began them. The days he interacted with Cordelia proved that information he had received had been reliable, although she appeared to be a bit more shy than he expected around him. Althought his was to be expected after being approached so closely by a random stranger, whom had given her neither his identity or rank in Clustania's government. It was only until the fifth and final day that he finally would reveal these details to Cordelia, along with his plans to enthrone her and mark the creation of 'House Randgriz'. Although a bit frightened by the prospect of being thrust on the throne of a nation, Cordelia accepted the choice and realized that such a move would be best for the Clustanian people. With his monarch secured, the finer details of his 'blueprint' began to fall into place. The flag design would arrive shortly after, two days following his meetings with Cordelia. The state was to be named 'Gallia', stolen from history of the past. The flag was considered ideal and matching towards the name, and the suffix 'gi Randgriz' was to replace Cordelia's actual last name upon ascension to the throne. The ethnicities, based on the growth charts, proved to be true. The make-up of the state was primarily those of German, Luxembourgish, and Dutch (including Flemish and Frisian) descent. French (including Walloon) was the next largest, following by Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Japanese, and Hispanic / Native minorities. With his blueprint falling into place, and everything successfully 'prepared' according to his ideals, he set forth. Although he considered the Provisional Government as unlikely to support his motion, he filed it and found unlikely support in Elric van Leeuwen. Using his own influence, van Leeuwen (not of any relation to Cordelia) swayed enough members of the Government for the motion to pass. It also found popular support among the people through an opinion poll, and the more radical elements of the Provisional Government that sought to keep the Clustanian Problem unanswered, according to Honecker, were arrested and jailed. Honecker felt quite accomplished with his efforts, and van Leeuwen could only walk alongside him with a slight smirk on his face. In the span of a week, they had eliminated opposition so easily and caused Gallia to prepare itself as a reality rather than fictitious idea on paper. With preparations set for the arrival of a reformation, and the changing of the guard (so to speak) in Clustania, Cordelia was summoned to 'Ar Tonelico' to meet with van Leeuwen and Honecker in the Governate. They would quickly move forward with their plan, starting with the dropping of a rather large Gallian flag over the governate out one of the lower stories of the building, which would remain hanging as several smaller Gallian flags overtook Clustanian flags across the nation. A live television broadcast would be provided and aimed at the Governate towards the balcony several floors above the now hanging Gallian flag. This would culminate in the birth of what Clustanians, now Gallians, hoped to be a fruitful era. Her coronation was about to begin.
OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE PRINCIPALITY OF GALLIA In regards to the reformation of our state, and the coronation of a Princess
As the TV broadcast began, and the cameras focused on their mark, Klaus Honecker and Elric van Leeuwen began to move forward... The creation of Clustania was and is nothing more than a dream in both principle and practice! Those who vehemently strived for it's creation regardless of the effects it had on the people this 'utopia' for whom this has been set out for? They deserve the punishments they shall be given, the time they spend rethinking in jail will be valuable, and the proper destiny of our state is here. Elric van Leeuwen: We can no longer idle under silly dreams and petty illusions. We must move forward for real progress and attempt to create a state that is no longer a dream, but a reality that is attainable, that is reachable. As such, we set forth and reform ourselves into the Principality of Gallia. A modified constitutional monarchy system with a Kongreß, of one house upper, and one house lower. Ruled over by a monarch with a Chancellor acting for the will of the people, with elections for both. This is a state where we can attain our destiny. Where the languages that diversify us: Luxembourgish, Dutch, French, German... can all exist and be noticed and recognized! A state where the minorities are also recognized and treated fairly, and with respect. Enough with my rambling however... I present to you the Princess of our reformed state, the very girl whom this new Imperial House, Randgriz, the name which this capital shall bear as well, rests on... Shortly after van Leeuwen finished his speech, both he and Honecker would take a step back and allow the Princess to walk forward. Dressed in a simple yet elegant military uniform rendered in classic European style, she strode forward with an eager heart and a look of confidence. This destiny had been chosen for her to lead, and the people of the new land she had chosen to call home needed a leader that was capable, young, and willing, with a fiery heart and passion. She would meet their expectations as best she could. But now was not the time for her to idle, but rather, to speak. HRH Cordelia Gi Randgriz, Princess of Gallia HRH Cordelia Gi Randgriz: My people... my brothers, my sisters. Today we set forth into a new era which shall hopefully cement the first movement forward in our nation's history. Now, I am not a miracle worker, and I can not promise you prosperity, guaranteed progress, or any such things that typically politicians would shove down your throats as ballot-buying, but I can promise you this... I will work, I will strive, to make this country succeed. I will do everything in my power for you, my people, and for the land we walk on and now call 'home'. For we are all Gallians, and we have a commitment not just to our government and country, but to ourselves, our kinsmen. I hold no hatred, no ill will, to those of different ideologies then our own... including those internationally known as 'reds' and 'communists'. I will not allow petty things such as this to cloud my mind prior to experiences with these people first-hand, for prejudice only serves to weaken ones perception in this world. Before I step off and allow the celebration to begin, I hereby cordially invite any and all foreign visitors to tour my castle, and the city of Randgriz. I will be happy to meet any who answer this invitation, and show them our nation first-hand! I welcome this new era and am glad to lead you, my brothers, my sisters, into it. Mir wëlle bleiwe wat mir sinn! Cordelia waved to the cheering masses for a few minutes, and walked back into the Governate following the fanfare that marked her exit. While it'd take time for proper elections to be prepared, for parties to be organized, and for her to form a cabinet and set things in the right direction. She already knew who she would choose as Chancellor in the coming future... As she disappeared into the darkness, a few select words echoed in the distance from the Gallian National Anthem... "Valkyria, Valkyria May the bloodline live forever Valkyria, Valkyria Bless and protect our fertile land" Just in case the news broadcast didn't reach everyone, a short message would be sent to all foreign governments, worldwide, as follows...
From: From the desk of House Randgriz, Imperial Family of Gallia To: Foreign Diplomats, Potential Dignitaries Dear those of all backgrounds, from around the world, It is with great esteem and the blessings of Her Royal Highness, Cordelia Gi Randgriz, that we do cordially invite members of your government, along with diplomats and other foreign dignitaries of your state to our nation of Gallia. Your visit to Gallia will allow you to tour Castle Randgriz, meet Her Majesty and hold private council with her, and attend a ball in the castle especially for the foreign guests that arrive to partake in among other festivities. We look forward to your arrival. Signed, Klaus Honecker Representative of Her Majesty
Castle Randgriz, Randgriz, Principality of Gallia
12. One of those alliances on your list of 'protected' seems a bit... off.
13. Signed for the Provisional Republic of Clustania, The Provisional Government of Clustania (represented by Klaus Honecker)
14. Props to you guys and here's to a few more years!
15. Good to see your forums back up and operational, man.
16. Klaus Honecker readied his voice, and began to air what he viewed as his 'disagreements' and 'agreements' with the proposed bits. "I believe my own country's provisional government would view such an amendment as a joke. It should not be considered in a simple case of pre-emptive strikes against the continent, but rather, it should rally those on the continent against any un-warranted aggression. Whether we wish to write this as optional or mandatory is up to the signatories that are here today, however. As for technology sharing, making such a thing mandatory would be impossible. There are some technological secrets, mostly military-related, that most nations would prefer to keep to themselves and not spread to others. Other than that? An information sharing network, maybe even creating some kind of joint intelligence command would be an excellent idea to put forth."
17. Klaus Honecker walked into the assembly, although he appeared to be a bit late. He moved towards his seat as his robe, barely touching the floor, dragged just behind him. His attire would probably make him stand out among the assembled crowd, particularly his white robe emblazoned with the Clustanian Provisional Government's 'Hymnnos' script for Harvestasya's name. The carefully thread gold tie that connected both ends of the robe beneath his neck would also likely show off. He was here to do more than just discuss politics with South American equals, however, and was to leave an impression that would hopefully last.

This is an announcement brought to you by none other than the Afterschool Alleyway Alliance, an alliance that shall now exist on the Purple sphere for however many rounds we decide in Tournament Edition. Our members are from various walks, and many different alliances, but together we are strong and we shall prevail. Want to know what we are? We're none other than an alliance of brave warriors who fight the darkness, lurking in the streets of Misaki Town and still find time to deliver bad jokes and do their homework. Our government is as listed in the announcement header, a triumvirate. Our IRC channel is #aaa-te on irc.coldfront.net, our forums are still www.newsakuraorder.com Other than that, here's to some fun this round. To those who are aghast by the sudden existence of weeaboos in this plane of Planet Bob?
19. o/ FEAR Thank you expanding the war just a little bit, as I want to see this world die faster.
20. "I shall attend to represent Clustania, as this conference is in the best interests of the continent." - Klaus Honecker, Representative of the Provisional Government
21. Upon the delegations arrival, fanfare would be present in a spectrum one would expect from the country's first international delegation since it's foundation. The national anthem of FAR played, followed immediatedly after by Singing Hill - EXEC HARVESTASYA -. The appearance of the band playing both national anthems back to back would be interesting to those who didn't live in Clustania on a daily basis. The interesting tidbit wasn't in the garb the band was wearing, which looked like something a traditional European band would wear for ceremonies, rather... it was the obvious differences in the faces, the cultures, the races of those in the band. Among it's numbers were those of native descent, along with those of German, Dutch, Italian, and Japanese, along with quite a few others. Akinari Shimanouchi would greet the delegation as they walked past the fanfare at the gate, and escorted them through the airport. It wasn't exactly the grandest airport in terms of architectural design, but it was still beloved and considered beautiful by the general populace who passed in and out of it every week. As Shimanouchi directed the delegation towards the glass doors and let out a rather dazzling smile, he looked into the eyes of each of the delegates, one at a time and said: 'While this might sound strange for me to say, outside this door you take your first steps into our world. The experience might be a little exhilirating, and the amount of cultural diversity could take your breath away on first seeing it. This place is a haven for people of all walks of life, and I hope you'll enjoy your tour with me, and the meeting with the provisional government at the Governate in the next couple of days.' Finishing his words he quickly pointed into the distance at the large tower referred to as the 'Governate', the seat of Clustania's power, then dropped his arm and began to walk them to the limousine waiting outside the airport for their arrival. This could prove to be quite the interesting spectable.
