The Independent Republic of Orange Nations equals the top two alliances combined, putting distance between themselves and today's Biggest Loser FOK, who drops a quarter-point. The Grämlins put up one of the few losses below the Sanction Line, dropping two members and a fifth of a point and moving closer to the Viridian Entente, who likewise may be setting up a race with the World Task Force. The Mushroom Kingdom steals FOK's loss and turns it around into a quarter-point gain, while Nueva Vida is showing signs of wanting to be blue's third-largest alliance once more. Shoutouts for today also go to M*A*S*H and the Siberian Tiger Alliance for their respective gains, and to the New Pacific Order, who gained more members than anyone else on this list.
