1. I'm glad it's certainly neat and easy to read. There haven't been truly good 2D webs in a long time. They're just too convoluted.
 2.
Who declared on whom.
Which is what I would have assumed, except then it's wrong, because MHA did not declare on anyone.
 3. What do the directions of the arrows mean?
 4. o/ The Apparatus. Thank you very much for the support. Additionally, GATO have been fine adversaries.
 5. MHA had, for a while, lost people to GRE. It was kinda like graduating. But once they went down the drain, people stopped doing that, obviously. A lot of people went over who would have trickled over when it reformed. We have lost several good people though. :/
 6. MHA is now up 5.16 over NPO. I expect the reset at update.
 7.
Lol, looks someone is looking to get a persecution complex Sorry to disappoint, but I don't think MHA will make it to list of "poor people hated by all for no other reason than their very existance" anytime soon. People here are making very concrete points, trying to paint this as general resentment against your alliance is a rather poor attempt to not wanting to discuss their points, no matter if they have merit or not.
About what? Someone claimed that we were not sovereign alliances and not able to make our own decisions. That's just simply untrue, if you read the treaty. And that's all he was claiming. So what's the concrete point?
 8.
Disclaimer: I haven't read the whole thread, only the last few pages. Grämlins are going steadily downhill, and while they could drag out the conflict for nearly an eternity, they will lose this war. I think that's clear to anyone who's been paying attention. I do not deny Grämlins the choice to run their alliance into the ground if they like -- such is their sovereign right. However, their no-recruiting policy, combined with their ongoing losses in membership and strength and their cabinet's choice to continue fighting this war, all mean that they are doomed to a long period of mediocrity, if not utter ruin. I therefore think that arguing about the relative merits of Härmlins will shortly be irrelevant. And while I have seen nothing but civility and honor from the MHAers I have spoken with, I am surprised at what appears to be a very nonchalant treatment of the spirit of this treaty on their part. Not that I can fault them, given the situation, but I am still amazed that they would let the alliance with whom they signed such a tightly-binding treaty fall into such a predicament. Perhaps someone can point me to where this was all explained. I eagerly await a reply.
It's no secret that the vast, vast majority of us strongly disagree with what GRE has done. When they started this, they told us they were going at it alone and would not request our help in fighting IRON. We have, from the beginning, tried to convince them of how bad an idea it was, but they... well it's not that they ignored us or didn't listen, because they certainly talked to us a lot, but they refused to really tell us what they were doing. And that's really it. We've spent the time since we peaced out with IRON trying to convince them to do so as well.
 9.
If you think I'm being disrespectful (or that I mean any disrespect to the MHA) then I suggest you and I discuss it in the embassy on your forum (where I have been very active) Regarding scutter, I am commenting on the fact that he himself has outwardly called for our destruction. I don't believe that viewpoint is shared with "The MHA" which is why I said that scutter is not the MHA. You see, it is possible to disapprove of Scutter's comments yet still be a friend to the MHA. EDIT: If, in fact, the collective MHA actually does wish our destruction (which I do not believe is the case) then why are we having this discussion?
The collective MHA does not wish for GRE's destruction, they wish for GRE's recovery. But seeing as that would require a bunch of things that aren't going to happen, you haven't given us much choice in the matter.
 10.
Scutter, talking out of both sides of your mouth? You have been very clear and adamant that you do not consider "the current GRE" your brother nor your ally nor your friend. Spare us the pretense; one need only flip back a few pages. You are not the MHA; merely a member.
Oh really? Alright, I've certainly had enough of all of this. Yeah, he's one member of the MHA, and the vast majority of the rest of us happen to agree with most of what he's saying on this issue. Scutter [s]can be[/s] is always inflammatory, but you really, really should show some respect for the only people who are keeping you, however reluctantly, from being utterly destroyed.
 11.
To be honest, you could expect a similar reaction from anyone else to just about anything Scutterbug says.
There's times while I've thought about nuking Scutter.
 12.
I think this is a quite natural behaviour by a long time ally. The only thing that would concern me is that the people not following Ramirus' path don't try to turn the alliance around but simply leave that alliance. gRAMlins is down on 35 members now, and I do have serious doubts that there is still somebody left willing to stand up against Ramirus actions inside gRAMlins. So, I think MHA should realize that gRAMlins will be lead for a long time by Ram.... and if you don't agree with him, you should realize that it will be a long time that MHA won't agree with gRAMlins. And that's not a very good thing between allies. In my opinion, the only possibility for gRAMlins to survive this is a turnaround. Just to finish this strange thing. At the moment I just don't see it happen. And I don't see it happen in the next future.
And we have the same concerns. I honestly don't expect a change. I think they will continue to lose members until there is nothing left, and I expect that to happen rather quickly.
 13.
I wasn't aware that alliances dictated their FA decisions based on what the peanut gallery might think of it.
We don't.
 14.
not true. The Härmlin Accords is still active.
Quite true. While I personally don't support the current situation (like many in MHA), we still have that treaty, and as long as it is active, it's active. And (and this is directed to people in general) don't tell us to cancel it, you'd complain if we did that too.
 15.
So, if you admit you did wrong, tell me, will Gremlins be restituting themselves? It would only seem fair that they answer for their criminal and terrorist acts.
I don't admit I did wrong; I'm not in GRE anyway, I'm MHA. I don't agree with what GRE is doing, but I do somewhat understand it, and don't see it to be the evil that most people here seem to think it is. I think they're doing it in the wrong way.
 16.
Right, so you condemn preemptive attacks? Thank you. Now explain Gremlin's attack on Polaris during noCB. Was that not a preemptive attack? Seems to me we have a bit of hypocrisy coming from Gremlins.
In all fairness, that is one of the tings that RAM has told us on our forums was something the old GRE did that was inexcusable, and hypocritical with what they claimed they were.
 17.
The unconditional surrender and demilitarization were pre-conditions to being delivered terms. We're not talking about a peace summit. We're talking about an ultimatum which must be complied with in order to find out what the terms are. I've already demonstrated how all you guys need to do is claim that IRON and DAWN were bandwagoners, and the codex does not apply.
If it means anything, and I'm sure it doesn't, they do tell us they will follow the codex. They also seem to think that this should be obvious to everyone that they will.
 18.
Kowalski, while that is true to an extent (though I haven't heard many people complaining about MHA choosing the Karma side in the end), they're going to get just as much of that from their apparent unwillingness to make a decision as they would be 'breaking a treaty'. Or, for that matter, for saying that they will back Grämlins against anyone coming in to help IRON, though I hope they don't do that.
Well, we are pretty much required to, by the treaty. But I think it'e pretty clear that a lot of us are unhappy about it. Unfortunately, I can't really make a complete conclusion on this, because I simply don't have enough information. I know our upper gov has been, quite obviously, engaged in discussion about it with GRE, but in terms of what GRE is trying to do (they have some reason not to tell us, apparently), I simply have no idea. I know people keep telling us to cancel Harmlins. I can see why people think we might or think that we should. That is not something that we are trying to do right now. GRE have been very good allies to us for a long time, so there is no way that we would cancel on them without a tremendous amount of consideration.
 19.
There have been a large number of Grämlins members responding in this thread.

I believe two Gre members have so far posted in this thread...
I am not at all prepared to base my opinions of a trusted ally on the responses on two members.
 20. I would have to say, first of all, that due to the lack of GRE response in this thread, I can't really say that I know their side of this. But based on comments from members of C&G, as well as a few GRE members, I find myself questioning GRE for the first time that I can remember since I joined MHA/CN 2.5 years ago. I would really like to hear some detailed responses from GRE.
 21. How could TOP lose ~.2 two days in a row in the real time sanction stats, and be static yesterday and gain a lot today in the war update?
 22.
But when the Karma War came along, Hegemonic actions, up until then supported by "hoopdy froods," became unacceptable? Please
That's wrong and you know it. You were spying on us throughout the time when we discussed ending the war with FAN. Our war against FAN was justified due to the spying. We really only kept in it for the sake of our allies, NPO included, who at the time, we were on very good terms with. Many members had pushed for an end to that war anyway for quite a while before the decision became very clear back when in the build up to Karma, NPO's treatment of us changed drastically (which was also a big factor in us leaving Q).
