KaiserMelech Mikhail
To: Tianjin Shipyards Re: Destroyer Under Construction We would like to know the progress on the destroyer that we currently have under contract in your shipyards. Specifically, we would like to know the status on the engine rooms. If the engines and turbines have already been installed, that is fine, but if not, we would like to send a new system designed by Obluchye Heavy Engineering to power the new ship. Triyun
We can make the change, send your design over. We would also like to inquire on whether you would be interested in purchasing new F/A-18 Super Hornet Block 3 Fighters. We believe this would significantly improve the operatational capability of Mascurian Siberia, by bringing its air force to par with regional neighbors. OOC: You ordered a new destroyer?
The components of the engine have already been built. They were supposed to be placed on a merchant ship, but this would be a greater source of pride for us. They have been placed on a train, and they are heading south as we speak. Also, we just bought a large set of fighter/attack aircraft for the air force, so we have no space, nor additional funds set aside, for the new jets. Triyun
White Paper on non state military actors from the United Federation Of The East: It shall be the policy of this nation to consider non state actors in possession of weapons of mass destruction to be terrorist organizations, and we may close to use means at our disposal to hinder, deny, or remove the capabilities of these actors. Furthermore it shall be the policy of this nation that military actors acting not in accordance with a nation state shall be deemed illegal, and marked as terrorist organizations (this does not apply universally for internal disputes). The United Federation of the East only recognizes a legitimate role for non state actors, acting with and accountable to a nation state. Those who do not meet these requirements are not subject to the laws of war, but rather the criminal code for terrorism. While the United Federation of the East asserts it's right to act against all dangerous actors, it does not claim universal requirement to act. Rather it shall act to protect the national interest of itself. This will be determined by multiple subjective factors. While all shall not be public, they shall include: violation of the Federation's sovereignty, interference in the Federstion's near abroad, gross violations of human dignity, and threatening the interests of the UFE or it's allies. Kankou
In order to avoid any possible conflicts, the GKF sent the UFE schedules of its regular patrols within its territorial waters in its side of the Korean Strait. In addition, there were also increased flights over the East Korean Sea to prevent both Zargathian and UFE military ships from entering Korean waters. king of cochin
Private Message to United Federation of the East Greetings, In light of recent dispute over the territory of former Xinyan, what is the policy of UFE? We also notice increased mobilizations near Zargathia - UFE borders. Since both UFE and Zargathia are our allies we are quite troubled by the sequence of events and thus requests clarification from UFE on its policy in this matter. Kankou
Public Message to the UFE Please clarify the islands that you claim as your own. Given that the Greater Korean Federation had been reborn in its original form with the exception of the state of Shonan (Jeju), we consider the UFE's actions as something out of the usual. Is it that you consider us your appendage, when Korea is a proud and independent nation with no treaties to the UFE? Triyun
Your claims made here past the black line are territorial claims that are overly ambitious and do not mark the reality of the territory you were given in independence. The United Federation of the East has a right to choose which territory to give up and which to not. These areas particularly in the Sea of Japan are objectionable because they lie far closer to the UFE coast than they do to Koreas. In the Yellow Sea we also find these assertions objectionable because you simply lack any sort of islands to equal your claims that far out.
