With military objectives achieved in Australia, Squadron R along with the ground forces, air assets, and marines in Australia would be repositioned to bases in Hawaii to help address the potential crisis in North America. Using Article III Section C rights of the Pacific Harmony Accords, the UFE would use Pearl Harbor as a forward positioning and resupply base for operations.

The groups are stationed currently in Singapore and Kiaohsiung. The Federation will be offering an export for nations friendly to the Federation as part of our commitment to freedom of the seas. These forces along with the new submarine chaser hydrofoils are estimated to increase littoral security of Pacific waters by a significant margin in the next several years and represent a significant step towards near tripling our non-fleet level surface combatant forces.

The United Federation of the East began a highly classified upgrade program, a successful testing program had been made to develop a hypersonic glider carriage for existing cruise missile units which did not have hypersonic capability. BGM-109s which made up much of the UFE missile arsenal would be prioritized to upgrade, extending range of units would be 2300 miles although new launch packages would not be required.

New glider systems were designed to execute intense gee turns to avoid enemy countermeasures, additionally built in jamming systems would increase the difficulty of enemy units to get a lock on the missile system. All new missile lines and replenishment lines are being converted to the new glider system.

UFE production on the B-10 and long range falcon intercontinetnal cruise missile have been ordered as well. B-10s are estimated to come into service to replace ALI-133s in the global strike range.

The United Federation of the East global forces were ordered to move to DEFCON 2. UFE 1st Fleet was ordered to move into the Carribbean through the Panama Canal. Assets were ordered to begin being transferred to Maghreb FOB

Three Nuclear Ice breakers along with the battleship [i]Tang[/i], a Qing class Frigagte, four coast guard landing docks, 4 littoral combat ships, and a Zeon Amphibious Carrier, 6 dragon class attack subs along with three marine expeditionary groups were prepositioned in Burytia with arctic warfare equipment.

With current air projects complete, UFE aeronautical teams would begin the initial phases of a project that till now had been relegated to the drawing boards. The development of the UFEs first completely new fighter system in decades. Based on research of strike projects, the UFE was now going to focus on how to apply its revolution in strategic military affairs to the tactical level with Operation Quantum, the development of the new Revolutionary Tactical Aircraft.

A general order was given that all UFE forces deployed on foreign bases or Forward Operating Bases excluding Pearl Harbor (Fort Beihai and Guam being considered standard home bases), were to return to the UFE. Military Defcon levels were ordered to remain at level 3.

Orders exclude the skeletal force in Burma and the UFE Navy's SSBN deterrence patrols.

Ground forces were to be made familiar with new upgrade kits, and forces were to undergo retrofitting. Many reservists would be called in for temporary duty for units which in the past two years had seen repeated foreign overseas deployments and rest and relaxation would be given out.

Hellenic Aerospace Industries had worked with UFE projects before and as such was the first approached by the Imperial Pentagon in line with the need for a new kind of aircraft capable of dealing with the kind of conflicts that were developing. While initially the plans had been for a fully Athenian design to be made news from the UFE projects had changed the strategic goals. After requesting entry through diplomatic backchannels HAI was officially drafted to join in on the projects and provide its entire R&D department to them.
