The Revolutionary Socialist Syndicate of the Netherlands will consider hostilities with Louisiana to be concluded once our allies in Scotland consider them to be so. We commend Louisiana for offering white peace at this point in the war and are happy that the war will not need to continue, however should Scotland see otherwise, we will follow their decision.

Acting in accord with the Revolutionary Socialist Syndicate of the Netherlands, we will observe a white peace with Louisiana when Scotland, the original declarer of war, does so. However, the Federal Union of the Slavic Republics strongly hopes that peace can once again return to Europe.

In light of Louisiana's decision Euzkadi hereby accepts the offer of white peace. However our forces will not stand down until situation in the Med and Valencia has been clarified by all parties involved in that theatre of operations.

The Italian Federation, in accordance with the wishes of our friends in Louisiana, is offering white peace to Euzkadi and Valencia. Euzkadi's leadership may, however, keep the massive pair of balls we sent them.

OOC: just when me and Conti worked this out >_>

IC:

The 2nd Brigade, the only operational military force that still answers to the central French Government , quietly assembled during the night at the outskirts of Paris. Shuffling onto hundreds of freshly commandeered trucks - which had been discovered in an abandoned factory in Orleans - the 5000 soldiers dvanced towards the border with the Bailliwick of Conti. The unit's senior offiicers had already boarded a civilian aircraft and will soon land in Conti, offering their services to military officials from the Bailiwick.

News of Louisiana's latest diplomatic maneuvering reached the soldiers, most of whom dimissed it as litle more than rumours that would not concern them anyway.

"This all could have been avoided, and we told you so. While the status quo seems to have been restored, just try to say that to the families destroyed by this little squabble."

As most satellites centered around Louisiana's Spanish holdings will have no doubt noted there has been an increased amount of activity within the bases. What has occurred the past few days, is the total removal of all Louisianan property including military and diplomatic staff from the Louisianan Spanish holdings. As of five minutes ago, Louisiana has officially signed papers to once again re-incorporate the former diplomatic and military bases into Spanish territory. The territory in Spain that was once Louisiana's is now once again Spanish territory.

Louisiana hereby offers a white peace to end the war. Louisiana would like to thank their allies and friends for their support and friendship throughout this conflict, it will not be forgotten.

Scotland officially accepts this offer of white peace and commends Louisiana for an honourable conclusion to hostilities. May peace endure for Iberia.

L.S.S. Talluah, the Louisianan Aircraft Carrier, dead in the water, was informed that Sarnungian tug boats would be heading out to tow it in to port.

L.S.S. Athena and Jennings, Anti-Aircraft Destroyers and L.S.S. Rosegate and Tullos, Anti-Submarine Destroyers would head into a Sarnungian port for repairs.

Sarnungian tug boats, along with helicopter crews as protection, chugged their way out to the L.S.S. Talluah to tug it in to Port Sarnunga. The rest of the ships would also head to Port Sarnunga, and the already-docked Louisianian ships would be moved to Port Sarnunga as well.

The Republic will house and repair the ships for no charge for Louisiana.

"I hereby issue an apology for any inflammatory remarks made by me or my people during the events leading up to this conflict."

***Classified***

As Australia had never officially entered the war, there was no need to state acceptance of the white peace. The forces sent calmly re-loaded themselves onto the ships and set sail--to the west.
