Maybe I should ask in here. Hey guys, I rerolled (Sitethief here ). Would somebody like to RP an insurgency in their nation? Since I rerolled I have very bad stats so I'd like to create my place in CNRP using RP. Who would be up for this? It would be a coordinated thing for a change. Other ideas are welcome aswell!

We continue our story in Nice, France.

Côte d'Azur Airport, Nice, France A warm breeze flew into Sergeys face when he got off the plane. He didn't know who's plan it was to commandeer the entire Kyiv AeroFlot fleet of commercial planes, but it was a nice change from jerky rides in the old Antonov planes. He even took a nap on the long flight, something you could have never done on the old planes. Not even because it was always a bumpy ride, no, it was more about that feeling that the plane would disintegrate under your $@!. Sergbey turned around to face his staff, he had specially requested this staff of people, they were people he knew he could trust. Most of them had served in infantry units, because that was what they would use here the most. 35.000 men had been flown into France, a few of the new transport planes had flown in some halftracks and jeeps. But nothing worthy of the name tank, considering the fact that this was a highly urbanized environment it wasn't that bad.. Of course they had a all kinds of light equipment with them, and they were prepared to stay in the field for at least a month. Supply lines were not really an issue here. "Okay, who has prepared the maps, hand me one where we can see the terrain we have to cover today." "Olov..... I have a question.... WHY THE $%&@ IS THERE A GOOGLE LOGO PRINTED AT THE BOTTOM!" A fat guy with a pale white face was almost crying when Sergey yelled at him..... "Well..... they took all the maps to Spain, even the French maps.... so we had to improvise...." Sergey snatched the map out of the sweaty hands of the shaking man. "Look, our plans are printed right on it. B, C and D are the Phoenix, Lion and Eagle Divisions, with 10.000 men each. We will keep about 4000 men in reserve west of B. and another 1000 men will arrange communications, supplies the works. Our supply line is short and covers only friendly terrain. We just have to make sure that the enemy isn't able to disrupt communications between our forces, we don't want to focus our troops, we have to spread them along the border. Our first priority is securing the border. Only after negotiations with the enemy have failed will we engage. Hevlak commands Phoenix, you have to cover 20 kilometers today, Vodyina is on Lion 25 kilometers, and Olstoy on Eagle, 30 kilometers. We should reach the border in half a day, and by nightfall I want the encirclement to be complete. Maintain complete radio silence till we reach that point. We may not be able to keep ourselves out of any contact, but try to keep it low guys. After midnight I don't care anymore, ignore any contact attempt though. And stop people that try to cross the border. We cant have Military personnel escaping this dressed as civilians. The border is closed. Let them sweat it out a bit till sunrise." "What about their harbor? " "Well there is not really anything we can do about that right now, we have no naval support at the time, or air for that matter. These are the only resources we have, and I plan to use them well. Lets go!" And so began the Siege of Monaco!

I don't get it, we are all writing stories. Doesn't matter if you write stories about awesome military technologies, or awesome character development, or awesome parties. A story is boring if everything goes well, it poses no challenges to the writer and no excitement to the reader. Conflicts, both personal, national and international are what creates the base of a good story in CNRP. It doesn't even matter what the conflict is. To have these good stories all writers have bad times for their characters, nations etc, and good times. Just like any good story. So someone tell me what is so bad about losing, doesn't matter if its a war, a character dying etc etc.

A muffled noise woke up Alla, he slowly opened his eyes. The light hitting his retina felt like a needle stuck into his skull. He moved a bit around and felt something under his back, it was vibrating. He tried to reach behind his back with one arm but had to shift his weight around a bit. Then his brain slowly started to realize that shifting weights not a good move, but it was doused by copious amounts of liquor and now fast enough to warn its owner. And so Alla landed on the floor with a loud thump , the sound of an annoying ringtone was immediately bothering his ears. When he tried to pull his face of the high carpet, trying to spew out some of the carpet fiber that had gotten in his mouth, he realized he was looking straight into a human face. Not more then 15 centimeter away, sleeping angelically with one thumb in her mouth, lied Yulia. This sight made him laugh uncontrollably for about 5 minutes until he was fully awake, as far as you can be fully awake with a hangover stretching to the Black Sea and back. "Alla speaking" "Marshal Mykhailo, whats going on back there in Kyiv? Why are my troops in the air half way through Europe?" Alla looked at his phone in disbelieve, as if the device was to blame. "Euh, I just woke up, can I get back to you on that in 30 minutes?" Alla looked down and suddenly noticed why it was so chilling around his privates, he wasn't wearing any pants "Are you sick Alla? You never sleep later then 7?" Alla locked the phone between his ear and shoulder and tried to find his pants, but the resulting diagonal view wasn't really helping his search, or his stomach for that matter. "No, no, I'm alright, we just had a long night." He immediately wondered who he meant with 'we', he was alone right? And at that same moment he tripped over Yulia, launching his phone right into the face of Boris, who had just walked into the room with four plates of Bacon & Eggs on a tray. Alla landed on the couch, his face covered in bacon and eggs, and a tray with four breakfasts on his lap. "Hello Boris, what the $%&@ are you doing here?" Was the only thing Alla's brain could utter....... OOC: I will post more later this evening.

I despise all those people who have a country stocked to the brim with technology. Who maxed out everything possible. There is no motivation to write exiting things anymore, no challenge. So thats why I RP a nation thats building up, that has an army with largely WWII era weapons. Even though I have a NS of 95k in CN. I like to create challenges, but let others, be it GM's or other players, create events isn't bad at all. Though we could also just ask another player to do that. Or create a sort of DM function for that. So, depending if I have the time and energy for it I like unpredicted unplanned events, doesn't mind me a bit who created them. I actually start writing stuff without a clear goal, makes it a lot more fun as things can take weird but interesting turns.

Premier Symon Vasylivich Navoda and Field Marshall Alla Vasylyna Nataliya were discussing battle plans regarding the Spanish Colonial Conflict. Both agreed that sending more troops would be counter productive, and they still had to watch their back, to the east the Caucasian were an always present danger. Symon was drinking his espresso from a huge mug, he liked strong coffee to keep him going through the day. He studied the map while a bit of coffee was caught in his big mustache. Alla was chewing on a pencil while he was also studying the map of Europe. His almost bald head was a big contrast with his young looking face. He was the youngest commander of the Kyivan forces ever. Though he was known to be a theoretics pur sang, he left the practical stuff to his stunningly beautiful red haired assistant Yulia Natanich Yushchenko. "Yulia, we have been asked by our allies to get ourselves Monaco, but we have a logistical problem. We're out of trains, as they are all transporting our troops to an already crowded Valencia..... Our puny Antonov An-8's won't do much to transport a viable army..... "Alla, is there no naval transport available?" Asked Symon while taking another large sip. "What? You want us two transport troops in row boats? We have no navy, and no easy route to get into the Mediterranean without passing enemy terrain. No we have to approach Monaco by land. Good thing the damn country is rather small, we can whip up some 35.000 troops and hope the enemy doesn't notice they are still carrying WWII era weapons. I hate the guy who decided to send all our new weapons and tanks to Valencia. And to what use?" Yulia was studying the Kyivan part of the map, noticing the rather large airport just outside of Kyiv. "Say Alla, do you still know Boris? You know, the CEO of Kyiv AeroFlot, he still owes me a big favor. Let me give him a ring to see what I can arrange here." That said she turned her head and her beautiful red hair followed suite. It was clearly aimed at Alla, who was of course totally oblivious to any flirting, but Symon did notice it, and how! "Hey Boris dear, its Yulia, hows life? Ah, I get it, say, could we invite you for a drink at the Defense ministry?" She winked at Symon and Alla. "Yeah, we have vodka here." So, its really easy to get to speak Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin, but actually get him to do something might take some persuasion. Now I'll go find us some vodka, you guys go set up yourself at the saloon please. And remember, Boris doesn't like to start his meetings all serious. So be prepared" Alla looked at Symon, who was staring at Yulia's behind. "Do you know what she meant with that? I mean, I like drink now and then, but when Boris starts drinking I better switch to water." Symon sighed "You know Alla, sometimes you are such a dork, but thats okay, we like you like that. Come, lets go setup a game of pool."

yeah the fact that my 200k troops magically appeared in Valencia without me knowing about it. Not to mention the fact that moving 200k troops in one day is rather impossible.....

OOC: Can I make a request, could we keep all the troop movements and battle actions in a separate thread? Just keep this thread for the DoW's and all the stuff? That makes it a bit more easy for people to sort through the important stuff and ignore the diplomatic stuff while trying to figure out where actually to send troops.

OOC: Just to clarify things. I DoW'd Louisiana alongside the FUtSR. Therefore I'm only at war with Louisiana. Not counting defensive wars.

Can somebody tell me who DoW'd whom? I totally lost it now :X.
