Oh, and fix the California/Nevada/Arizona borders, please. The United Provinces should encompass the southern half of Utah and Arizona within their RL boundaries. (As for dividing Utah, just draw a line across Utah, but do it so both halves are evenly matched in size. If you want, I can draw up a map and post it here). Thanks.
