These are all rounded. I have the ones that needed offset latitudes on a piece of paper somewhere... or you can just go through 60ish pages and find them. It's not that many ;)

The points in April/May 2010 are outliers from the usual pattern of points being near the same line crossing the globe (for Mars). By extension, they are also outliers from the pattern of Mars = Moon + (30, -109) modulus (179, 359). Both outliers are also about -40/+219 longitude modulus 359 offset from where they would have been expected.

The same points showed up for Jan/Aug/Nov 2011; April 2010, Oct 2011 (Moon only); and June/Sept 2010.

Previous hotspot near (-6, -155) was 50%. First guess was lucky: 98% @ (54, -27).

If anyone wants to try closer, my script spit out:
0.0004688309809372632 lon=-29&lat=53
0.022159589333358296 lon=-25&lat=55
0.2886405549786831 lon=-24&lat=55
0.44150875670052087 lon=-30&lat=53
0.6288854825387976 lon=-30&lat=52
0.8468259593179025 lon=-24&lat=56
1.4966256988969724 lon=-23&lat=55
1.824052860693069 lon=-31&lat=53
My calc has it narrowed down to:

[s]lon=82&lat=-64[/s]
lon=80&lat=-64
lon=81&lat=-65

with the first point being most likely. The point at lon=81&lat=-64 is 99%.

The first one has been eliminated by knowing the mars hotspot location.
